Ok, try getting some books from Alan Furst, start off with his first book called Night Soldiers. If you like espionage type thrillers, set in WW2 or that genre, you'll like him.Lots are set in occupied Paris.Or check out one of his other book, Kingdom of Shadows. That may have been his first, not sure.I'm reading the Polish Officer now, its very good, and not long.

You could also try Buchan's other books in 39 Steps trilogy, called Mr Standfast and Greenmantle.

ignore chickita
I found your post interesting

a British company bought MCI for a while
they billed me one dollar for something I didn't know I had
I ignored their bills cause I had switched back to ATT
when I called them to ask what am I being charged for every month, I am now with ATT
she said it's cause I didn't call them to discontinue
they continued to bill me $1 a month, now it reached $3
I thought she'd offer to remove the $3 bill
instead she sent collections after me
last week MCI called to get me to switch back
I told girl the whole story
she said MCI took billing away from that British company cause they lost all the customers
Love, Palo

1Did you have a good day with Oxana? Eating tapas and sipping sherry?watching the boats in the marina? Or are you still on assignment with the CIA??

Shhhhhhhhh Habs, we never mention those letters around here unless you mean Cats in Aspic. Funny you should mention the marina; they are just putting in another one right in front of me for a 180 small boats. We like it as it is with them scattered all over in random alignment it definitely looks more picturesque
