I am a dolly fan, but no thanks, that inaction man is gross, with his balding head, excessive ear, back and leg fur, and that huge belly...too gross....but great for a laugh...

When my hubby was returning to Seattle, last Friday, he said the skies were so clear and blue...the pilot told people to look out the window, and look at the four big mountain peaks...

My husband, luckily had a window seat, and he said, when he looked out the window, indeed he could see four big mountain peaks...Mt. Hood, Mt. Adams, Mt. St Helens, and Mt. Rainier...he said it was quite a breath taking sight...

Thanks for showing the eagles....it reminded me that I had not gone to that site in a while now, so I went there...and used the close up camera...

My goodness, those babies sure have grown....they are getting big now, and their feathers appear to be a very dark brown, instead of the lighter downy brown that they were before...

They were just sitting up in the nest, looking for mama and papa, to return with grub

Before we know it, they will be all grown up, and learning to fly...

Hope all is well with you! - Haven't checked our eagles lately, I trust you are keeping them watched so they stay safe and sound. Is the site still having trouble?

That nest sure looks high up in the trees...sure hope those babes successfully take flight...

I remember once, when we were living in North Carolina, there were some blue jays that had a nest way high up in one of the pine trees...I think the younger birds out of the nest were practicing flying, and one of them crashed to the ground...all the other birds were circling around the yard, squawking as if trying to encourage the bird on the ground to get up and try to fly...but he was too badly injured and he died...

I sure hope our eagles do a good job, and have successful flights...I dont know if they just practice first, or if they just take flight for the first time, and then fly away...
