Hey cp, Good to see you. :) I hear Cynthia and her father have a local machine that makes the old style, democrat pols here in Louisiana stand back in envy. LOL

I'll have to admit that nully is a smooth operator.

I know. I feel horible about it. I just haven't been on my computer. Got in late last night, read two news stories from Swervie, and that's all I could stay awake for. When I find her, I'll try to make it up to her. Bess and I are trying to locate Flash. Maybe he has her phone number.
To: Mo1
What problem, Mo? Being awake at night has its rewards. :>)

Flying squirrels are SO cool Catpuppy. How can you be bothered by them? I have a cousin in Kentucky who had a family of them tale up residence in his trees and they were so fun to watch.
To: Letitring
Her mail was dated two days ago. I don't think she's been on since then ... has she? ...anyone?

What absences? I know nothing. :) FLYING squirrels? Hum. Didn't know there was a such thing. The squirrels around here have eaten all my flower bulbs. Just munched down on them. Gross things. I really dislike them, now.

Those are amazingly scarce
Yes they are. Jumping off of ships is a skill known but to a few brave souls. And those wet parachutes are so hard to pack ...

No I haven't seen Rowdee either .. I was wondering .. she usually checks in to say Hi
I hope she is ok .. like Ringy said .. she sure did love Tess

Oh, that sounds heartbreaking. It is bad enough to lose a loved pet in any way at any time but when it is tragically and mysteriously it is compounded.
I saw a piece with a Border Collie recently. Dogs were competing on an obstacle course and the Border Collie not only won but seem to know that she had and was darned proud of it having done so. LOL Too cute. There was a lot of leaping involved in the race and she seemed to relish it. LOL

Your story of Carly getting into the puzzles reminds me of when Dawn was just maybe a little older than her and she got into the room where I kept all her puzzles...and she had a LOT of them. She thought it would be fun to dump ALL the puzzle pieces out together in one big pile...and then watch Mama put them back together. It was a LONG evening! She lived though.

How can you be bothered by them? Because they are tree rats????

I don't doubt it. It was the saddest mail. Rowdee loved her Tess. I'm still looking to see if I have her number.

... Cynthia and her father have a local machine that makes the old style, democrat pols here in Louisiana stand back in envyProbably. They also have the best of both Democrat worlds: An over-educated liberal white constituency in a gerrymandered black district.

Now about these unexplained absences ... Grandpuppy, have you noticed the suspicious synchronization between the absences of Ringy and Ratty?

Flying squirrels are SO cool Catpuppy. Not when they squeeze into the attic, carry hickory nuts to the rafters, then drop them onto the ceiling.
To: Servant of the Nine
I checked her page and she was on an Alan Keyes thread about 3 hours ago.

The squirrels around here have eaten all my flower bulbsHave you learned nothing sweetie? Just as with the pansies and the snails, set out a six-pack or two of beer for the squirrels. Your bulbs will be safe and the squirrels will thank you.
