I have heard it said throughout the Hudson Valley that no one practices the missionary as much as our Sister Neets ;-)
To: OneidaM
anytime I go away on a weekend to a romantic B&B in the nether regions of the Hudson Valley
so that is how you got away from your mom
I mean went on missionary work
To: habs4ever
Sister Neets is doing good work
the Hudson Valley is almost all christian now
I heard she is up for sainthood

hi hair
I've been watching your sky on eagle cam be dark and moody all day
but I assumed it was problem with light filter on lens
I'm startin' to see why your State is so green
and your trees are so big
it's a rare day when you don't get at least some rain
I'm astonished by our eaglets
they no longer look like chicks
but like small eagles
btw, sheriff westy did good job with andysmom
her hubby called from chicago yesterday to find out if she was in jail
mercifully she was home and answered the phone
sheriff westy simply quarantined the area
To: andysandmikesmom
lol the spelunker just walked in the door
dogs are overjoyed
happy day
To: HairOfTheDog
I bet your ponies enjoy your weather tho
Tucson is cowboy country, but I think it's too warm for the horses
plus your horses always have something green and tasty to nibble on

The Hudson Valley isn't QUITE all Christian yet Palo...I am thinking of taking another Missionary trip near Rhinebeck around the first weekend in July...I have to MAKE sure it is ALL Christian before the summer is out....LOL.

Well, Palo, you have hit upon the secret of the Pacific Northwest...people are under the delusion, that it rains all the time here....now, it does rain here more frequently, than in other areas of the country...in other words, we may have rain on more days, than other places...but the thing is, altho a day may actually be considered a rain day, it may only rain for 1/2 an hour...if the actual rainfall amt per year is looked at, we really get no more rain, than say New York City, or Chicago...we just get it more frequently...
However, since we Washingtonians, really dont want more people moving here, we are happy to let people from other states, live with their delusion that our rainfall per year is so much more than theirs...
And there are areas, like up on the Peninsula, in towns like Sequim, which lie in what is called the 'Banana Belt', who actually get much less rain, than say here in Olympia...
And if you go into the middle of the state, near Yakima, you hit desert...
Now we do probably have more cloudy days, than other areas, but as far as excessive rainfall, thats really a myth...we may get rain every day during the fall, winter, and spring, but it may only be a shower or sprinkle...
To: all
he's takin' me swimmin'
bb in a lil
love, palo
To: palo verde
I have heard that she is so devoted that she even has developed an talent for spotting ceiling cracks ;-)From being a practicing missionary ;-)
To: palo verde
I am glad your spelunker is home, and all is well at Palos house...the doggies have their daddy back and Palo has her hubby....And Bill is probably happy and relaxed form his enjoyable day, doing what he loves to do...
To: palo verde
Nice of Bill to return in time for Palo to take her swim...now that is a sweet, considerate hubby...
To: palo verde
I don't like it when it is so hot. I would not like Tucson and I have spent summers in Tempe. The horses are liking the green grass... challenge is not letting them eat too much!
To: andysandmikesmom
Well you have all worn me out on my first real day of recouping and recovering and I feel another nap coming on after I eat soemthing...i'll be back later...before Westie turns the lights out.

Indeed, I have been good today...remaining indoors, watching TV, being online, playing with Dizzy, and no shopping, no spending money...I will be good for the next few days...
