And there are areas, like up on the Peninsula, in towns like Sequim, which lie in what is called the 'Banana Belt', who actually get much less rain, than say here in Olympia...
And if you go into the middle of the state, near Yakima, you hit desert...
Now we do probably have more cloudy days, than other areas, but as far as excessive rainfall, thats really a myth...we may get rain every day during the fall, winter, and spring, but it may only be a shower or sprinkle...
