Well, the freckles on my legs popped out and the ants nibbled on my feet, so I'm back in for now. *L* It's lunchtime anyway.
Remember Mo, late spring north of the equator is late fall south of the equator.

You poor darling. Sinus infections make you feel so miserable.... you have all my sympathy. Have you ever tried a day spa for aromatherapy and or a facial/head massage ?

Yep it's a little cold .. last year the kiddies bug the daylights out of me to go to the pool and no matter how much I tried to explain it was too cold they would not listen
So I had the hubby take them to the pool .. some times kiddies have to learn things the hard way .. LOL

Good Morning FReeoples. Quick question. How long was it, between the time the "muscle" for the 9/11 hijackers, entered the Country, and the time they crashed into the towers? I thought I remembered a couple of weeks. Not sure though.

We've been getting a lot of snow this year, ususally we don't really get snowed out of the high country until around the first part of June. We've had three big storms and the last one has pretty much closed us down. I'm heading for the beach tomorrow...hopefully until late September, (our Spring).
The weather dudes are yammering about another El Indio...not as intense as '97, but it looks like its going to happen.

No, I haven't tried those things, but I do get the shower cranked up and steaming and the steam seems to help quite a bit.

You are so right in them having to learn a number of life's lessons the hard way. I faced the same thing with my girls...til I moved to where there was a heated pool.
Speaking of that....I played softball in a womens' league and managed to pull a muscle in each leg. The heated water was so healing...the buoyancy of the body in water helped to use those muscles without resistance to work thru the soreness.
I have a large jacuzzi here which I especially liked after a day of trimming sheeps feet or doig the meds routine with them....soothing to the tired, sore body.

You might want to call around and see what services the ones near you offer. It might offer some relief. I have found them to be really helpful

I'm trying to win some money. I know Atta, etc had been here about two years, or so. The ones in the back of the plane, who didn't have a clue it was a suicide mission had only been in Country a short time. How long?
To: Rowdee
Rowd,
Every year for about 6-years we used to help a rancher friend in Challis move his cows to summer range...a 4-day drive. We would stay at Challis Hot Springs and soak every night after 9 and 10-hour days in the saddle. "Nothin' Too Tough For a Cowboy" I always say.

"There are plenty of good ol' American pervs ready to prey upon children and rape and murder them" Oh, I'll grant you that. All the more reason not to up the odds against the kids.
To: Cuttnhorse
Hi Horsie. Hope all is well with you, and you are keeping the gold shining. :)
