When my daughter named him that was the question I asked - but it turns out that Tristan is a football player with Deportivo the La Coruna team.
But if we get a girl for him then she has to be Isolde.
The legend of Tristan and Isolde (Tristram and Iseult) takes place during the Middle Ages, when knighthood and the chivalric code prevailed. On board ship from Ireland to Cornwall, a sailor's voice resounds from the rigging. His song about an Irish girl annoys the fiery Isolde, who is being taken by Tristan as bride for his uncle, King Marke. Isolde wishes the ship would sink rather than take her to her hated destination. Her companion, Brangäne, tries in vain to calm her. Instead Isolde is enraged by the knight Tristan, whom she sees standing on the afterdeck, avoiding her: by delivering her to his uncle, he shows no regard for her feelings. She sends Brangäne to summon Tristan, who sends back courtly, evasive replies.
This is for the benefit of we culturally challenged types. Reminds me of RunningBear, who loved LittleWhiteDove, with a love that would never die.... ;-)

FOF - Go to google and type in Isolde, or the dude's name, and get the act by act analysis. Or just hum RunningBear - same deal.

Her Relationship Lacks Fire!
A young lady came home very sad from a date. She told her mother, "Anthony proposed to me an hour ago."
"Then why are you so sad?" her mother asked.
"Because he also told me he is an atheist. Mom, he doesn't even believe there's a Hell."
Her mother replied, "Marry him anyway. Between the two of us, we'll show him how wrong he is.

OMG... I should be shot! I have just finished one huge hard shell to the fullest lobster. Grilled in the oven potatoes, popping fresh corn and broccoli. I really should be shot. I have never enjoyed a meal any more than that. And......... I have another lobby left with all the fixings..for tomorrow.
Al's rib eye with bone-in steak had to be two pounds.. He nibbled and managed to eat one little corner. I, on the other hand left nothing but shells and lungs. I even ate the legs this time they were so big.. I hate myself for even telling you this.. Especially those that love lobster and can't get it because of where you live.. Forgive me, but I haven't had one since last fall..and I needed a fix..and got one.. This Mother was really happy tonight..
