A CVS Barbie package sparked outrage after shoppers said background spectators appeared to be making Nazi salutes. Ana Elizabeth highlighted the imagery in a TikTok clip featuring a gymnast themed doll from Mattel’s You Can Do Anything line. Some viewers declared they were 100% boycotting Mattel, while skeptics said the figures were merely celebrating. The dispute followed criticism of a Target Halloween costume that some shoppers said evoked Blackface and minstrel shows.

It would be funny if these people lived on the Island of Misfit Folks muttering to themselves but they don't.
They wander around dumb all their lives among us. And there seem to be more of them.
The term “Nazi” has the same impact as “racist.” It’s overused.
Patrick McManus was a humor writer for Field & Stream and Outdoor Life. In one of his columns from the late '70s or early '80s, he played with the idea that sport fishing, and fly fishing in particular, were influenced by the Soviet Union with the intended objective of lowering the IQ of the American male. His theory was that a successful fly fisherman had to train himself to think like a trout in order to match wits with a trout.
While McManus was writing in jest, the concept of an enemy making a concerted effort to lower the collective American IQ appears to have actually come to fruition via China and TikTok.
Looks like the crowd is holding up cell phones.
I remember his columns. Enjoyed him!
Is there anything that doesn’t outrage liberals?
I remember successful gymnasts standing up, raising their and, and waving their hand at the crowd. A motionless doll in such a pose, to an indoctrinated idiot, just is ght resemble what they were brainwashed to see.

Well I’m triggered. Now I need disability payments for life. 40k per year would do.
Retarded people have nothing better to do.
“Retarded people have nothing better to do.”
And the low IQ retards in this country can’t see the doll holding pink batons. Even Kamala Harris could figure it out.
It’s a good thing none of these little flowers could have witnessed any of my elementary school classrooms when the teacher asked an easy question.
Pictures of a real live Hillary Clinton making the same salute?
That Barbie doll looks like those USSR gymnast of the 1970’s we would see while watching the Wide World of Sports on Saturdays.
It is a little weird that they’re holding up one hand. Hardly worth “outrage” but in today’s America, everything is upsetting.
It got so ridiculous, I remember Berk Breathed mocked the hysteria in a Bloom County comic, where Opus and others, eager to expose the fiendish plot, play a record backwords only to hear: "Pray. Got to school.".
Would I buy for my granddaughter?
Gymnast Barbie with keyhole carved thighs, cheered on by a crowd of faceless gray androids? Who are militantly raising one arm?
Not even if GD was the most enthusiastic little gymnast in town.
Would Laz...? Naaah. Well? Naaaah...
Useless clickbait popups. Don’t bother.
Patric McManus was a very successful humorist.
He was a funny guy.
