Shot down over IRAN.
Parachute shredded in the missile strike.
Looks up…
NO CHUTE.
Free-falling 70-100 mph toward enemy mountains with a broken back coming.
He doesn’t panic.
He PAUSES.
And prays:
“Lord, Your will be done. But if I’m getting through this… I NEED HELP.”
Then he fights the chute with his bare hands the whole way down.
Hits the ground like a freight train.
Broken back. Broken arm. Broken shoulder.
Still crawls away. Still hides. Still evades Iranian forces for TWO DAYS with no food or water.
Calls it a “modern-day miracle.”
THIS is the kind of man who wears the uniform.

The chute was damaged but probably similar in effect to what used to be called a cigarette roll opening, some remnants or opened areas of chute were grabbing air.

It says the chute was shredded, but even so the air resistance would still slow you down quite a bit. If you hit the side of a hill or mountain at a bit of an angle, the impact wouldn’t be quite as bad. Or maybe it just wasn’t his time to go try on the angel wings. 🪽🪽
