Some intriguing information has come out regarding the feelings of the female jurors after they failed in their quest to let Lindsay Clancy get away with murdering her three little children. And it's safe to say they were not happy.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Judge William Sullivan officially declared a mistrial today in the Clancy murder trial while defense attorney Kevin Reddington melted down.
Reddington later asked the Massachusetts Supreme Court for relief, which was denied.
This was all made possible allegedly due to one brave male juror who refused to give in to bullying from both Clancy's defense team and the female jurors.
Following Judge Sullivan's declaration of a mistrial, CNN's Jean Casarez shared some very interesting details regarding the reactions of the female jurors, all of whom wanted Clancy to walk.
First, all of the jurors were tense as the judge spoke. One female was in despair as she shook her head, while another angrily clenched her fists.
Another woman was so distraught that she could not open her eyes.
Casarez then shared that another dismayed female juror pursed her lips while another nodded her head.

How about “temporary mental aberration”? In Dostoyevski’s “Crime and Punishment”, Raskolnikov was accused of that and he got exiled to Siberia.
Soy boys. Last jury I was on was about half women. I was selected as foreman and wasn't shy about helping those who seemed soft, across the line. There were 4 of us who were more assertive and pushed back against those who expressed sympathy for the thief, admonishing them to stick to the facts in evidence. Sounds like this jury had just 1 of "us". Maybe a few more would have shifted the rest. I can only hope the next jury is better.

There was not long ago a time when we could observe such things, and scoff at them. We never thought people would actually become so stupid. We never thought we were, honestly, too far gone. We never thought we could go over the line, and never come back. Yet we have, and here we are.
I think it is a coward's way out to find her innocent because that is what the law requires as written given the facts of this case. I am not a legal positivist, e.g. that justice is whatever the law as promulgated by the legislature says it is. Politicians are only interested in reelection and lining their pockets and so there can be no presumption that there is a connection between statutory law and any morally informed sense of justice. No one demanding justice believes that a woman who plots to do so and then kills her three children should no be held to account in one way or another.

Given that it’s Massachusetts, the prosecutors themselves are likely to be “woke” and didn’t seriously challenge some of the jurors.
Illegal to video the jurors.............
In other words. They are helping BY RECORDING THE EVENT !
