They finally folded.

Riley Gaines says she’s “beyond thrilled” that her lawsuit against the NCAA has been settled after more than four years.

Gaines will receive an undisclosed amount in punitive damages and have her name restored as the sole finisher in her place in the 2000M freestyle.

“They finally did the right thing,” Gaines told supporters at a rally outside the courthouse. “And I promise to use this settlement to further the cause of keeping women’s sports safe for women.”

The NCAA hasn’t returned a request for comment.

Actually Musk did a massive purge of millions of bot accounts after he took over, and has just done another purge of 200,000 fake/bot accounts just last week using Grok AI. There was a post about it.
I'd say by far the majority of accounts on X currently are genuine accounts. Still plenty of far left crazies there but they are real people for the most part.

This particular post was done by a real guy, but he got it wrong.

Among other tell-tales, Grok can identify posting patterns that are different between humans and bots.

Humans actually go offline for hours at a time.
Bots post ‘round the clock ‘cuz they never sleep.

I don’t know what the internal process is when Grok identifies an account exhibiting bot behavior, but I’m aware there is a mechanism in place for that, and it’s coded into the daily functioning of the site.
