I had 3 jabs of mRNA stuff from early 2021 through late 2021. Right now in August 2026, at age 86, I am feeling healthier than ever. Have never needed a doctor or hospital since 1990 when I had a gall bladder attack.
I am sure what’s keeping me so disgustingly healthy is daily treadmill for 27 min. 365 days every year. I began walking exercise at age 60. Before that I had heart issues, high blood pressure, high A1C, fainting spells, panic attacks, joint pains. After I began the daily brisk walking routine, all of my problems went away in less than a year. I now have more energy at 86 than I had at age 50. Can mow my entire lawn on all 4 sides of house with a push mower in Florida summer weather of 90 deg and 90% humidity. Daily exercise has amazing benefits for my body. Zero health issues!
