I definitely recall shouting here that people were losing their minds over the whole Covid freakout and some long-time FReepers chiding me that, “No bro, this is the real deal. This is bad!”

Pffft... I will ever forget people absolutely treating Covid like the Bubonic Plague. Early on I went to a Best Buy parking lot and employees in masks were hand delivering merchandise to people waiting in their cars. I was stunned. I even shouted to them to calm down.

How easily people succumbed to government fear and the propagandists in the media.

Some masked nut approached me in a grocery store parking lot because I had grabbed a stray cart and was walking into the store with it. He scolded me at length because I had not left it there for a store employees to collect and wipe it down. He kept saying "You need to wait for them to sanitize it first!" You would think the brainwashed scared rabbit would be embarrassed but nope, not a bit.

In the ‘I’ll never forget’ realm, I’ll never forget the propaganda video from communist China of a pile of “dead bodies” and one dude in the pile was smoking a cigarette. I knew then it was all a ruse for us rubes.
