The bloodthirsty Islamic regime in Iran has once again shown the world exactly what Sharia justice looks like.
The Islamic Republic of Iran has reportedly executed a 24-year-old woman after rejecting her claim that she acted in self-defense during an attempted sexual assault.
At dawn on August 8, 2026, the mullahs hanged 24-year-old Marziyeh Neyri (also reported as Marzieh Nayyeri/Nayeri) at Qazvin Central Prison, also known as Choobindar or Chubindar Prison, according to reports from the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights and the Women’s Committee of the National Council of Resistance of Iran.
She was executed for “premeditated murder” under qisas retribution laws after the court rejected her claim of self-defense.
This young woman never had a chance.
Six years earlier, when she was just 17, her family forced her into marriage with a man named Davoud. She had no interest in the union. Under the Islamic Republic’s laws, that is perfectly legal. Child marriage is not a bug in the system, it is a feature.
Davoud and his associates regularly drank and used drugs in the home. According to human rights monitors including Iran Human Rights, Hengaw, and HRANA, when Marziyeh was 18, her husband’s business partner Alireza attempted to sexually assault her in her own home, after the men had been drinking, and in the presence of her husband.
She grabbed a kitchen knife and fought back. She wounded the attacker. Her husband died in the struggle.
Marziyeh told the court under oath that she had faced repeated threats and attempted assaults by her husband’s associates before that day. She said she acted only to defend her dignity and her life.
The surviving attacker took the stand, denied her account, and painted her as a murderer. The court believed him. Her self-defense claim was rejected. No clemency. No mercy. The sentence was carried out.

Someone commented here the other day no number of Iranian lives are worth one American.
By that logic we never should have fought in ww2, Korea..anywhere not here.
Personally I feel Iran is a much more honorable cause than Iraq, Serbia.
probably even the Kaiser in WW1.
It may be worth our blood. To stop the most destructive and dedicated enemy we have. The original tumor of the cancer of modern Islam spreading to other nations. A few hundred deaths now may save many thousands of Americans later.
Seriously doubt it........
Destroy the vile ayatollah/mullah regime!
The poor woman is out of their evil clutches. And if she was a seeker of God, I have no doubt that before she passed into eternity, the REAL God revealed Himself to her and gave her the opportunity to accept Him as her LORD. Anything else would not have been merciful, and our God is merciful.
That’s just awful! I hope the preacher and his daughter are out of danger now.
No offense intended to Trump but every second of ceasefire and peace negotiations allows the regime to relax and maintain power. They only understand bombing, not white table cloth restaurant chats with diplomats.
Let loose the dogs of war, Mr. President.
How's that?
He tried but was betrayed by the Kurds who kept the weapons.
Some years ago there was a video of three Iranians being hanged...together. Two men and one woman. The guys stopped moving just as they were lifted off the ground...but the woman thrashed around for about 30 seconds. It was very spooky.
Evil is real...
Well said. I agree with you. Some things in this life are worth fighting for. Cultures that don’t fight to preserve themselves eventually fade away. Sometimes very quickly.
Welcome to the world of islam.
Some people even on FR, aren’t that wise.
Manhattistan joins the chat
Set sights high! Why not both!?!?!?
Democrats approve. They love death too.
Destroy the vile ayatollah/mullah regime!

Yes.
I've been saying that we should have done that before we started bombing.
Covert action first, then overt action, and watch the regime and the IRGC fall.
The good people of Iran know who and where to attack. Let them take back their country, with our air support.
Meanwhile, in Massachusetts...
