Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton shocked viewers on Tuesday evening as he appeared to violently cut himself during a TikTok livestream.
TikTok suspended the account.
Video of the shocking self-harm was reposted to X on Tuesday evening with calls to pray for Perez Hilton.
The disturbing video shows a fully nude Perez Hilton covered in blood as he uses a knife to cut himself.
Perez Hilton's status is unknown.
Perez Hilton's legal name is Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr., and he is best known for his celebrity gossip blog PerezHilton.com.
Perez Hilton has three biological children - a son and two daughters, all born through surrogacy.
This story involving Perez Hilton is nuts. He had been a patient at the hospital here in Las Vegas very near where I live in recent months as he had some physical health issues.
Apparently the issues went beyond the physical into the mental.

A lot of these online “celebrity influencers” have some type of mental issue (no matter what their sexual orientation is). Anyone with a camera and a need for fame can become one these days. And the online fame feeds the mental illness - both the feeling of being famous from all the views and the nasty criticism that comes with it. In the past, people like Hilton would act out and harm themselves and a couple people would know about it. Today, the entire country finds out. The curse of online influencer culture.
