I Especially like that “beat up old cars” part. Suburbans would be a good choice since Corning makes bullet resistant glass for them. Soup ‘em up with Big Block engines. Inside roll cages for the crew. Cow catchers or at least heavy bumpers. Think “Dukes of Hazard” kind of a custom shop. And, oh, yeah, rig them with fender guns for if the crowd gets stoopid. Bonus feature is the big cargo bay in the back of a Surburban. They could probly bale up half a dozen, or more, wetbacks at a time.
I can vouch for that. I have a ‘90 GMC Suburban. Still running smoothly and is a great work horse when needed. What they call a Suburban today would lose their bumpers if they towed downed trees or metal sheds like mine does.
I’m actually spending less time in general. And of course no access to X helps in that regard. So today I’m trying to clean up a gazillion documents and other saved stuff on my computer.

Maybe all those chemtrails were never meant to directly hurt humans. Maybe they were to contaminate the food supply, indirectly killing us. I can’t recall a time when there were so many food recalls of such a dangerous nature as we’ve been experiencing these last 5 years. How do these foods get so highly contaminated? Contaminated air? When November 3, 2017, came and went without public arrests in Washington, D.C., many critics wrote it off as a failed prediction. But inside the decoding community, the perspective shifted. They realized "11.3" was actually a double-layered cryptographic key. In fact, just a day later, on November 4, 2017, mass arrests of corrupt elites took place in Saudi Arabia. The November 3rd date was effectively used as a tactical distraction to keep adversaries watching the U.S. calendar while the actual operation was executed abroad.

Section 11.3 is explicitly titled "End of Occupation and Duration of GC Obligations". Subsection 11.3.1 ("End of Occupation") states that belligerent occupation ceases only when the conditions for its application are no longer met. It details that occupation ends when the invader "no longer factually governs" or when "the occupying power no longer has effectively placed the occupied territory under its control". It even gives examples, such as an uprising by the local population or the complete withdrawal of the occupying power.
The theory argues that the Biden administration is actually a "belligerent occupying power" in Washington, D.C., representing foreign Chinese interests rather than a legitimate sovereign civilian government. But because they claim to be a duly elected sovereign, they are actively violating the laws of war. Under Section 11.8.3, the manual addresses "Local governments under duress or surrogate governments". It states that the restrictions placed on an occupying power cannot be avoided by setting up a "puppet" or "surrogate" government. The theory posits that the military, bound by the Law of War, cannot legally step in to end this "occupation" until the public fully witnesses the failure of the civil courts and requests intervention. The military must wait until the fact of occupation is verified under Section 11.3.
This brings us directly to the upcoming November 3 Midterm Elections. Historically, followers were told to "stop worrying about the midterms" with claims that "the midterms are safe" and that "the midterms are where we consolidate power".
But there is a critical problem with holding a midterm election under an occupying government. According to the legal framework, an occupational surrogate government has absolutely no legal or sovereign power to generate a new government or hold valid elections. Section 11.4 of the Law of War Manual details the "Legal Position of the Occupying Power", which dictates that while they have the temporary right to govern, sovereignty does not transfer to them. Because the surrogate government lacks sovereignty, the Congress they attempt to seat is legally considered "void". They do not possess the constitutional authority to hold or certify a subsequent presidential election.
This is the "trap" or "sting operation" that decoders talk about. By allowing the occupying force to proceed with the midterms and attempt to transition power, the legal "void" is fully established.
