How can a city just make an establishment close? What’s the law? And, there’s a radius as well? BS.

Won’t the people who cause trouble just go to the open bars?
To: Puppage
“Yeah, you are just going to have to close for the busiest weekend of the year.”
There must be competing bars with political connections.

Nationalize the bars! Liquidate the Kulaks! Liquidate the drunks!

They should sue for lost revenue. Just need records for prior tax year, which they should have.

This is how liberals deal with crime. Especially when it’s caused by Yogi’s people which I’m sure this is. Mailboxes were toppeled over in Virginia and the mail stolen. The solution? Take away all mailboxes. Now you see little old people having to stagger from their carinto the post office in order to mail a letter. pathetic.

Cities always have police power to remove public nuisances. Bars often create them.

Why punish the civil patrons for the actions of a few?
The bars cam operate like a fly trap. By keeping the bars open they can be a lure for law breakers. Plain clothed officers can nab them at the first sign of trouble.
