According to various reports, Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger introduced her euphemistic "Negro Project" on Sunday, June 25th, 1939, 87 years ago. And Black America has never been the same since.

In 1965, Black Americans led by the Black Panthers, the Nation of Islam and the NAACP, knew that Planned Parenthood was targeting Black Americans for extermination.
Even at a meeting of the Council of Philadelphia Anti-Poverty Action Committee in 1965, Cecil Moore, president of the local NAACP chapter, condemned a Planned Parenthood program for northern Philadelphia because 70% of the population was black. He labeled the plan as "replete with everything to help the Negroes commit race suicide."
And it does not stop here.
A June 18, 2020, open letter written by current and former staffers of the Planned Parenthood of Greater New York stated, “Planned Parenthood was founded by a racist, white woman. That is a part of history that cannot be changed.”
La Verne Tolbert, Ph.D., a former Planned Parenthood board member (1975-1980), wrote in response to a Washington Post article dated July 21, 2020 (emphases added):
“Margaret Sanger’s goal, as attested with her own words, was to limit the growth of the Black population. Read any of Sanger’s autobiographies. She considered blacks and other 'minorities' as inferior. Birth control and abortion are not gratuitously designed to help African Americans. Abortion is to reduce the Black population, which has been very effective.”
It is clear, very clear, that Planned Parenthood is both a racist and eugenic organization. A facilitator of genocide. It is also clear that Planned Parenthood knew that abortion is child sacrifice, literally murder, because it ends a human life. In Planned Parenthood’s own brochures, in 1952 and in 1964, they admitted that “An abortion requires an operation. It kills the life of a baby after it has begun.”
Considering all of the above, the details get worse. Total Fertility Rate:
A statistical reconstructed estimate of the total fertility rate for Black women in the 1850s was 7.9 births per woman.
In order for a culture to maintain itself for more than 25 years, there must be a total fertility rate of 2.11 children per family.
A total fertility rate of 2.11 represents replacement-level fertility, or in other words, the average number of children per woman that is needed for each demographic to exactly replace itself, generation after generation, naturally. With anything less than a 2.11 total fertility rate, a culture will decline.

I googled it.
They were using 2023 stats.

I never knew there was a point-of-no-return. Mark Steyn wrote of the collapsing Western European fertility rate in his great book "America, Alone" twenty years ago:

Steyn may have missed some details, but he sure saw the big picture.

And what is it for white women?
I don’t have a hard time believing 7.9 was the average in the 1850s.
That’s not how many survived. That’s just how many were born. If you’ve done any genealogy research you quickly notice how large families were back then and how high infant and childhood mortality was. 8 births could easily equal about 5 adult children.
And that was just a few years prior to the American Civil War, the apex of the slave economy. ‘Massas’ bred them not unlike horses and traded to improve stock at the detriment of blacks’ nuclear families.
The high infant mortality rate combined with primitive medical care found about half those births surviving beyond six or seven years old, so pregnancy was the primary mission of women able to.
The custom of marrying and breeding young was common as it made sense to utilize a female’s limited time of fertility sooner than later - especially when surviving childbirth became less certain the older one got.
According to Google the 1.50 rate for black women is correct. It’s 1.53 for white women.
Add on top of that the fairly insanely high mortality rate of young black men and the numbers do appear pretty bleak.
But it should be noted that 2.1 is considered the replacement rate.
I looked at a place in the SHenandoah Valley back in the 90’s that was built around 1800. In 1900 the owner, his wife and 9 children and 9 children by his previous (deceased) wife all lived in the spring house while they renovated the place. Both of those women probably birthed 3-5 more children than the total survivors.
There are 8 or 9 small headstones above my maternal grandfathers resting place that are all infant/young child deaths from same family... I’d say over less than a generation (i.e. same mom), but I’ll need to see them again for certainty.
Grandma on that side lost mother, 2 siblings and grandfather in the Spanish flu alone, her dad (great grandfather) outlived 6 wives IIRC...
If you made it past about 3 generally, and then the stupidity of adolescence (boys) you were probably going to live quite some time, and be tough as shit. Pretty much everyone on moms side that didn’t get reaped in child birth, child hood, or doing stupid stuff lived past 100...
