The U.S. military will attack Iran “VERY HARD TONIGHT,” and will soon take over the country’s “oil infrastructure points,” President Donald Trump said Thursday.

An operation to “assume total control” of Iran’s oil and gas markets and infrastructure, including taking Kharg Island, will occur “at some point in the not too distant future,” Trump said in a Truth Social post.

Trump has no intention of doing any of these things, which would push crude over $200. It's just a change of tactics.

Maybe the bridges thing, but certainly not Kharg, which is virtually impossible to hole while Iran retains endless missiles and drones 16 miles away.

It was last time when they even announced that Marines were being moved into the area. The one thing that this announcement diffinitively proves is that we will or will not be taking Kharg Island.
