American Revolution 2.0
Elites around the world are crying because President Trump destroyed their (New) World Order. Make sure to celebrate 45 - 47's restoration of America's Independence, and freedom around the world, by attending the historic 17-day Freedom 250 - the Great American State Fair June 25 – July 10, 2026 in Washington DC.
Q has reminded us repeatedly that together, we are strong. As the false "narrative" is destroyed and the divisive machinery put in place by the Deep State fails, the fact that patriotism has no skin color or political party is exposed for all to see.

Those who attack you.
Those who mock you.
Those who cull you.
Those who control you.
Those who label you.
Do they represent you?
Or, do they represent themselves (in some form)?
Mental Enslavement.
The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding ‘mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains of ‘group-think’), but, more importantly, aid in the construction of a vehicle (a ‘ship’) that provides the scattered (‘free thinkers’) with a ‘starter’ new social-networking platform which allows for freedom of thought, expression, and patriotism or national pride (the feeling of love, devotion and sense of attachment to a homeland and alliance with other citizens who share the same sentiment).
When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

In the battle between those who strip us our constitutional rights, we can't afford to let false divisions separate us any longer. We, and our country, will be forever made stronger by diligently seeking the truth, independence and freedom of thought.

I have been wondering if Iran might be delaying for more time because they are expecting some intervening event to neutralize PDJT... This was a fairly large active operational cell... Let's see what we learn about this group.
My opinion on supplements, especially those commercially available, is to try to get most of what you need from food and just fill in the gaps with the supplements. So, for example, with Vitamin D, maybe 50% dosage.
But I am far from an expert on things of this nature.
Re Crash:
Very sad story all around. God bless all those who work to protect us.
Folks, take this information to your gas pump (hahahaha).
I have been in the downstream segment of the Oil and Gas Industry for nearly 1/3 of a century, and this is how gasoline at the pump works. Whenever crude is purchased, it’s purchased on a price per barrel basis before it arrives at a refinery. Therefore, it has an established price based on what was paid for it. All processing costs are added, based on actual costs, profit margin, etc.
The individual service station pays for this material at a price, and it is delivered to the service station’s underground tanks. You, or others, eventually purchase it. The price per gallon you pay is for the price of the gasoline from the beginning of its journey as crude oil, to a finished product(s).
This pricing will remain in effect until it’s time to repeat the process with the next transfer of product into the service station’s underground tanks.
The crude oil costs, the processing costs, service station dealer margin, and state taxes make up the price per gallon cost you see at the pump. The service station dealer makes practically nothing for the sale of gasoline, maybe $0.05/galllon. They make their money on all the stuff we can’t resist buying inside the service station. Each state has their own tax fee on a gallon of gasoline. In general, Red states cheaper, Blue states more expensive.
The real stupidity comes into play with regulatory oversight by each state. Each state pretty much dictates what the formulation will be, and most states tend to have different specifications. Therefore, you can’t make gasoline for Texas specifications, and sell it in California, Chicago, or New York. Blame the EPA!
In closing, the laws of supply and demand tend to work. It’s just that the gas in the underground storage tanks at the service station doesn’t change whenever the price of crude oil acquisition changes.

It’s going to take some serious explaining about how a B-52 went in on takeoff. Not engine failure-—it has eight. Not speed-—it was flying. Not over loaded—didn’t seem to have any. Landed and burned in one pile so didn’t lose a wing. Looks to have had a full fuel load from the smoke column. That’s one tough bird.
I remember from reading up on them some years ago that, when sitting on the ground, going from empty to full fuel, the wing tips flex six verticle feet. So far anyway I gotta go with rocket in the cockpit or cockpit suicide. Edwards is so far out in the desert, flat for 40 miles in every direction, that a rocket could have been fired from Mojave and they never saw it coming? I own some bare land about 20 miles from the field and if one of my neighbors was pizzed about something they could have gotten off a shot at lift off.

I’m with you. The supplements I take are herbs in powder form, nothing manufatured.

None of that fuzzy faced pirate stuff here. I was cursed with double dimples so the mush stays clean. But that’s been an occasional source of awkward moments. I live by that old Hank Thompson song “ I Come Awful Close.” You’d have to ask the occasional miscreant that I’ve schooled about the dangerous part.
I must not look too ferocious ‘cause when I’m in a store people ask me questions like I work there. And the old Spec Ops guy left out the part about keeping a low profile. There’s times to wear the battle rattle and there’s times to be low key. Let the dummies find out why the neighborhood was quiet before they got there.

Morley Robbins Vitamin D Claims - Veracity CheckThe statement accurately reflects Morley Robbins' views from his Root Cause Protocol (RCP), but it represents an alternative/minority perspective that overstates risks and downplays benefits compared to mainstream scientific consensus. Morley Robbins' PositionRobbins (a health coach with a biology BA and healthcare MBA, not a physician or researcher) strongly advises against vitamin D supplements. He argues they act as a "hormone" that:
He recommends sunlight, diet (fatty fish, mushrooms, eggs), and addressing minerals (especially magnesium, copper) instead. Low serum 25(OH)D often signals inflammation or magnesium issues, not true deficiency. This aligns with his broader RCP focus on mineral balance (magnesium "conductor," copper, avoiding excess iron). Veracity of Specific ClaimsVitamin D + magnesium deficiency → arterial calcificationPartially supported mechanistically but not a strong reason to avoid supplements broadly. Vitamin D boosts intestinal calcium absorption. Magnesium helps regulate calcium and inhibits vascular calcification (protective in studies). Imbalance (high Ca/low Mg) can promote soft-tissue calcification. However, clinical trials (e.g., high-dose D up to 10,000 IU/day) generally show no significant increase in arterial calcification in healthy adults. Deficiency of vitamin D itself links to higher calcification risk in some observational data. Potassium wasting from kidneysSupported by older evidence. A 1962 study showed vitamin D can induce renal potassium wasting (linked to increased phosphate/sodium excretion). Robbins cites this. This is more relevant in excess or specific conditions, not standard supplementation. ATP depletion in kidneysLimited direct support. Some lab/animal data shows calcitriol (active D) can sensitize renal cells to injury or affect energetics negatively in certain contexts (e.g., high doses). But vitamin D generally supports mitochondrial function/ATP in other studies; deficiency harms kidneys. Not an established major risk of normal supplementation. Diet/sunlight as alternativesValid and preferable when possible. Fatty fish, eggs, mushrooms provide D (D3 or D2). Sunlight is the primary natural source. Many people have low sun exposure, making modest supplementation common. Mainstream Consensus on Vitamin D Supplements
Risks exist with very high doses (>4,000–10,000 IU long-term without monitoring): Hypercalcemia, kidney stones, nausea, etc. Toxicity is real but uncommon. Bottom LineRobbins highlights real interactions (Mg-D, calcium regulation, older studies on kidneys) that warrant caution—especially if magnesium-deficient or taking high doses without testing. Many follow RCP with reported benefits. However, his blanket "never supplement" stance is not supported by the bulk of clinical evidence, which shows supplements are safe and helpful for many with low levels. Low vitamin D often correlates with poorer health outcomes, though causation is debated (inflammation can lower it). Practical advice: Prioritize sun/diet. Test 25(OH)D + magnesium if symptomatic. Consult a doctor for personalized use, especially with kidney issues. Cofactors matter more than isolated D. Robbins' emphasis on minerals is useful, but mainstream guidelines differ on supplementation. |
“ill favored”-—seems like a bit of an understatement in this case but I’ll be adding that to my lexicon. I’ve run into it before.
