The most quoted movies in my career are Caddyshack, The Blues Brothers, The Godfather, Fletch, Airplane!, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, and Animal House.
I find that Millennials and GenZ tend to quote TV shows more, like SpongeBob, The Simpsons, and South Park (when HR isn’t around).
Nothing from Office Space?
My favorite to use is “What in the Wide Wide World of Sports is a goin on here.”

Nothing from Casablanca, the most quoted movie in history. ‘Round up the Usual suspects!’
“You’re killing me smalls.” Useful for when a boss or co-worker play dumb.
Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life.

Doralee, 9 to 5: “If you ever say another word about me or make another indecent proposal, I’m gonna get that gun of mine, and I’m gonna change you from a rooster to a hen with one shot! And don’t think I can’t do it.”
Business meaning: Don’t mess with me, pervert.

Maybe, but it was originally said by James Cagney in White Heat (1949).

This is always fun at meetings:
“What you’ve just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.” - The Principal in Billy Madison
Unfortunately, being such a long quote I usually just paraphrase or use a simple “I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.”
“You (effed) up, kid - you trusted us” - Animal House
How does the prelude to the car chase in “The Blues Brothers” translate into corporate-speak?
“It’s 106 miles to Chicago. We have a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it’s dark, and we’re wearing sunglasses.”
“Hit it.”
Nuke it from orbit. Only way to be sure.
“There’s more to life than money, dontcha know that? And here it is a beautiful day.”
“Coffee is for closers.”
Say what you will about Alec Baldwin, but for one scene he was the best actor in the world.
Trump to Crooked Hillary, “Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life.”

Nothing from "Office Space?"
