Back in the day, we learned to drive stick at age 12 in my friend’s Dad’s ancient Toyota truck.

But we drove it AROUND the golf course on streets, and returned it to exactly where it was parked. With some additional clutch wear.

The juvenile delinquents should be sentenced to do hard time in detention. See the movie Bad Boys. Defacing a golf course is a deeply depraved act of anti social behavior and deserves harsh punishment. Their parents should be ordered to pay for repairs.

Some of son’s friends took ATVs and ruined a bunch of greens on a local golf course after just graduating high school. Caused $40,000 in damage. One of them lost their football scholarship. My son asked what would I have done if he had participated & told him he’d be scrubbing toilets at the golf clubhouse until the debt was paid.
