Obama made war on America's military. Because SEAL Team 6 had knowledge of his treason (re Osama Bin Laden), Obama ordered their helicopter shot down. Other souls on that helo were regarded as disposable chaff.
In Benghai, Obama killed two retired SEALs contracted with the CIA who begged to be allowed to fight to save the US Ambassador and others. Had he not been stopped, Obama's war on our warriors would mean that those who move into harm's way on our behalf had to watch their backs.
The military stopped Obama. He was controlled and, like Biden, was not trusted with the nuke football. They didn't pull him out of office; the country was too divided to accept the removal of the first Black President for treason. Our government had already been captured, and our enemies had too much division in America to work with. Obama's Presidential immunity would largely protect him as the MSM distorted criminal allegations into 'baseless conspiracy theories'. The military kept their oaths, protected services members, prevented Obama's war aspirations, and refused to obey illegal orders. Our military stopped Obama from destroying America.
There's no way the military would allow Obama's attack on our military and our country go unanswered. They waited for Obama to leave office to take him down. Recall Pieczenik said they didn't let Obama pardon himself? Taking Obama down after he left office would not rip the country apart, if done covertly. They prepared their tactics and legal case against him throughout his term. They tracked his efforts to destroy President Trump (Crossfire Hurricane, shadow government etc.), and his attempts to destroy Trump's Presidency with secretive flights to foreign countries in 2017.
Knowing what Obama was, who he killed, the billions of dollars he stole from America, and the countless ways he prepared to hand America to our enemies, the military did not let Obama walk away in 2017, to continue trying to destroy America and her President for the next 10 years, as some assert. Obama is gone, and drop Q17 indicates our military's involvement in obtaining justice (excerpted below).

Obama did not retire. He was executed.
When do people normally seek legal counsel? When investigated, indicted, or arrested? Obama already knew he was in deep trouble as of 2011 when the military put a leash on him, and gave him the legal reasons why (SEAL Team 6). Obama's ability to escape execution was dependent upon Hillary becoming President.
I believe drop Q603's "TODAY" signalled that Obama was initially arrested or detained on or before Jan 24, 2018. As quoted in Q17, the military system was used to evade the corrupt civilian legal system.
I believe Obama was captured (or killed) in Syria in late 2017 or the start of 2018.
Note that Q1090 quotes Q1089:

Perhaps Obama was tracked by SEAL brothers of the contracted SEALS he killed. I suspect the contracted SEALS delivered JUSTICE in the exact location they knew Obama was seated in Building E. The focus on 'exact location' makes me think some kind of precision missile or rocket was used to leave a crater in the EXACT LOCATION where Obama, The Won responsible for the mortars and missiles which killed the SEALS, was clearly identified. If correct - poetic justice was served. The drop specifies Building E of the spider web - not the whole compound. Obama was the spider.
If Obama died in a manner similar to which he executed the contracted SEALs (explosive munitions), it had to be done legally. If Obama was a fugitive from justice, or meeting with known terrorists, then anyone in the room would have been a legitimate target. The 'smiles' mentioned in the drop would seem to confirm success - Obama didn't leave on his own.
It could be that the SEALS arrested him there - the drop is time-shifted. But even arresting Obama would put smiles on the faces of those contracted SEALS. They had the honor of personally ensuring Obama did not get away with assasinating SEAL TEAM 6 and Benghazi contracted SEAL warriors. I am grateful they were given this priceless opportunity. Those contracted spec ops no doubt pledged to fight/die to obtain justice for those killed by Obama, and their service in taking him down fulfilled their pledge.
It makes sense that Obama would be arrested in a hideout in Syria as he was began traveling before and after President Trump in 2017. Staying outside the US could have helped him avoid capture in the states. He may have been 'ruling' in exile at that point.
Q1511 (Jun 15, 2018) listed Obama's administration officials and directed anons to research them to identify those with foreign posts at the State Dept. The message was the fact that so many were Muslim sympathizers was no accident; Obama loaded his government officials with fellow traitors. Basically, Obama drew his Cabinet from those whose beliefs were acceptable to the Muslim Brotherhood, and SA. Once they left office, arresting them did not destabilize the country, since it was done covertly. There was no flurry of effort to replace their positions as they were not serving in government.
Hillary would have been hard to take down if elected, but once she lost, she was safe to covertly remove. She was arrested (or perhaps 'detained' per Q2) at the 9/11 memorial in 2016.
Hillary may have been at liberty during the runup to election night, so that she could seen campaigning.
I recall reading a Q drop (which I can't find) saying that Hillary was not present at the podium to make a concession speech the night she lost because she and 8 others (?) flew to a remote location. They may have been fleeing the country. She was likely tracked and may have traveled with others who also feared arrest that night.
Q1, which was dropped October 28, 2017, is time-shifted, and included the following excerpt:

It's possible HRC expected to hide in exile while efforts to destroy Trump were undertaken. However, she was tracked and perhaps that extradition excerpt described one of the White Hat's safety nets to ensure she didn't evade return for prosecution.
Hillary was a huge flight risk. She may have been jailed (Fort Mead ?) after her flight on election night, or soon after. I have always been skeptical that it was actually Hillary who made that concession speech in 2016. She had health problems and was sedated for uncontrollable rage fits before she lost the election promised her. Team Cabal thought they had the election buttoned up; when Trump won they would have panicked because their systems were obviously compromised and they could expect to 'swing from nooses' of arrested. We saw her barely able to stand up at the 9/11 Memorial takedown; she would be in worse shape election night.

Recall the other drops including lists of people fired? Recall Q asking Anons to record 'resignations' and 'firings' of CEO's, and that there were record numbers?
Once these people were forced/fired/'resigned' from their jobs, they could be arrested and prosecuted without destabilizing the country, if it was done covertly. Their phones would not be rining unanswered at former government positions.
Warrants for those arrested during Trump's first term were sealed, hence we had record numbers of sealed indictments. Sealed indictments can remain sealed forever, for reasons of national security - even after those named have been arrested, tried and sentenced. Record numbers of sealed indictments.
Oddly enough, some anons will only concede that justice was done if the White Hats stop protecting the nation from civil unrest and instead publicize the mass arrests they worked so hard to conceal, even after Q indicated mass arrests were not feasible (according to drops Q15 and Q68). Some have said that unless the MSM carries 'proof' of mass arrests, then it hasn't happened. Some anons have made a complete reversion to pre-Q days, and returned to reliance on the MSM for the 'truth', even by those who watched the media's consistent treason for years.
We were explicitly told in multiple drops that the public would not know the majority of the horror, and the actions undertaken to destroy it.
Anon's insistance that Q+/Q have yet to deliver justice are, in this context, accusations that those who risked or gave their lives (Q1746 "People are dying") to achieve the removal of the traitors either failed or are not sufficiently motivated, and need citizens to force/motivate them to stop America's Satanic pedovores, traitors, assasins etc from trying to kill us all, starting with our children.

Q+/Q were well-prepared to carry out The Plan to save the world, and they kept their oath from Day 1.
President Trump us justice was done.
We're now watching a mop-up operation to cleanup the mess left by The Storm. Trump has overturned the New World Order, something that would not have happened if our adversaries still held power.
'Chatter' is picking up on the aliens psyop and the mockingbird/holdouts 'narrative' seems increasingly desperate.
The worst is over. To the degree we will see trials, people like Comey, Bill and Hillary, Obama etc. will be portrayed by actors wearing masks or AI.
Trump has promised to get our country back and recover 'the diamonds.' He delivered on his promise, and his oath, as did Q.
For those who don't trust what Trump or Q have said and done, there's still hope. Hillary and her 'frazzledrip' made it onto the Congressional Record, Comey is heading to court and Obama is being teed up for treason.

Riverside is in Riverside County, I-15 is a good reference. The 5/405 are the highways near where the tank is located.

Corona is the town just west of Riverside.

Oh, yes. I realized after I posted that that it might not be clear. After I was on hold a while, I was able to make the appointment verbally with the main tax office; then I had to be prepared when I arrived to be notified without a phone. But it all worked out. Everyone was polite and helpful. I try never to get impatient or loud; it seems to just build resistance. I'm sure that their job can be wearing and sometimes unpleasant, all the various people that they have to deal with.
