Riverside is in Riverside County, I-15 is a good reference. The 5/405 are the highways near where the tank is located.

Ok I looked at the map

I-15 goes from the mountains north of San Bernardino to Corona, then bends southeast from Corona to Temecula.

Corona is the town just west of Riverside.

I-5 and I-405 come together in Irvine, which is far to the southwest of Corona.

I went through Riverside via 60 and 91, different path.
