"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

Chemo can claim that it extends life but the quality of life is all over the place. Some take the chemo and can tolerate but many don't.
In the end those dependent on chemo to kill off the cancer cells have a 2-3% chance little more.

I think you are absolutely correct.
It sure looks like if you follow the money with chemo you come back with high profits and a 2-3% potential to beat cancer. The only semi-positive from chemo is it can claim to extend your life living with cancer.Problem is quality of life is all over the place,some good but most bad.
Nothing I would be interested in.
On the other hand ivermectin and sophiticated protocols using other drugs appear to be the future for now.
My guess is many diseases will be cured over the nest 5-10 years.AI is so powerufl it can assimilate dozens of questions researchers of cancer question (and likely have already answered) in minutes instead of years.

Hospice Brazos Valley President and CEO Lisa McNair recently testified before the Texas Senate Committee on Health and Human Services and said that the number of registered hospices in Texas has nearly doubled in the last six years.
She said there are now more than 1,300 facilities that are licensed to provide comfort to patients in their final days of life, KBTX reported. She told the local news outlet that fraudulent Medicare claims are draining taxpayer dollars and eroding trust in legitimate end-of–life care.

Brock Chisholm. 🤬 He was Canadian and was known as Canada’s “most famously articulate angry man”. He promoted ideas such as children shouldn’t be raised to believe in anything supernatural, like Santa Claus or the Bible. He carefully avoided openly advocating for Marxism and Socialism, but was an ardent socialist who hid his beliefs because he knew he’d be castigated for them by Canadians and possibly the world back then (1940’s-1950’s).
Upon Chisholm’s retirement from the WHO, one reviewer wrote “There were no tears, in Canada or anywhere else, when Chisholm announced his retirement at age 57 in 1953... Chisholm’s vision for the WHO was impractical and a failure. The organization evolved almost literally in spite of its director general.”
At his death at the age of 74, the New York Times remembered Chisholm as a “small-town doctor who became director general of the World Health Organization” and also called him “Prophet of Disaster.”
