Dems attack Hegseth to advance a coup against Trump

It’s a genuinely worrisome theory and, as always, DataRepublican brings the receipts.

On April 15, thirteen radical House Democrats introduced six articles of impeachment against Pete Hegseth, accusing him of “high crimes and misdemeanors.” The charges are spurious, alleging that he violated the War Powers Act (which didn’t apply), that he committed war crimes because Iran claimed that girls were in a building on an IRGC base that the U.S. struck, and managing the military in ways they disliked.

Those articles may have been the acts of radicals, but the fact is that the Democrats have relentlessly sought to undermine Pete Hegseth at every turn. Some of it is purely policy-driven: They want mentally ill people in the military, low recruitment, a focus on social justice, not winning wars, and the triumph of overt enemies.

However, DataRepublican has a more shocking contention. She says the continued efforts to destroy Pete Hegseth are the prelude to an actual coup. I particularly noted this because Democrats are engaged in a stealth revolution against our Constitution and the Founders’ vision. DataRepublican, however, a more kinetic coup, which requires disposing of Hegseth.

I’ve pasted DataRepublican’s full thread at the end of this post. This is a summary, with some added information:

Here’s the premise:

@DataRepublican

🧵 THREAD: The true reason Pete Hegseth is being targeted is because he's standing between President Trump and a coup

@PeteHegseth named the institutions... CFR, Brookings, the general class... in 37 seconds in a video by @Liz_Wheeler. Within 72 hours of his nomination, a color revolution planning document cited him as an insider threat.

They didn't go after him because of drinking. They didn't go after him because of women. They went after him because every color revolution manual ever written says the same thing: you cannot topple a government unless the security forces defect. And a loyal Secretary of Defense is the one person who makes sure they don't.

I have the receipts. Their own documents. Their own training sessions. Their own words on camera.

@DataRepublican

Then the operation went live.

November 11, 2025: The National Lawyers Guild Military Law Task Force publishes "FAQ on Refusing Illegal Orders."

November 12: Same group publishes a statement calling U.S. Venezuela operations "war crimes" and declaring officers "should refuse superior orders."

Remember these dates.

Democrats have been corrupt for a long while now. I think they have more recently advanced into the realm of sick.
Even Alan Dershowitz has had enough of them.

Two months after Trump’s November 2024 victory, the august Brookings Institution published its Democracy Playbook 2025 . It discusses “dealing with security forces” and looks at color revolution case studies. In a footnote, the playbook explicitly points to an AP article entitled “Pete Hegseth had been flagged by fellow service member as possible ‘Insider Threat.’”

Come on, man! How stealthy is it when we already know what we know?

I would really like to see military tribunals pass judgment on all of the top Democrat and Deep State operatives. Interrogate them at Gitmo, then throw them in Super Max.

If it is not showing up on facebook and instagram then most people don't know.

I may think the US spends too much on the military, but I’m happy to say the military has performed splendidly.

Putin would be delighted if he could count his daily deaths on his fingers.

As for the girls school, that should have known to mission planners, as should have the Chinese embassy bombed in the 1990s.

Mission planners should have regularly updated DVDs with maps and directories of villages, towns and cities of regions where the military might need to operate.

It should be the job of the intelligence community and the Central Intelligence Agency in particular to prepare and update these.

It should be recognized that a USAF colonel might not be able to read Farsi, so English translations and labels should be provided.

I would prefer to limit government power by placing caps in the federal constitution on:
1. middle class property taxation,
2. personal income taxation, and
3. length of time (20 years max under age 80) on the government teat.

Hell, I’d settle for the DOJ at least filing a charge or two against SOMEBODY.

It’s quite obvious that corrupt Democrats from Omar to Brennan to Strozk to Letitia will never be held accountable for anything.

I think that outcome depends on investigators making the connections between all these different elements of the vast coup we’ve been under since 2007 at least. I don’t know what it means for an investigation - if bigger means harder to prosecute and/or get convictions - but if only a small part of the conspiracy is charged it’s like taking out one cancer cell in the middle of cancer all over the body.

I’ve been watching the John Brennan case. Yesterday the reports seemed to say that it was being moved out of Aileen Cannon’s district in FL to Washington, DC, and I couldn’t help but think if that is true, somebody is making a very idiotic mistake. I hope and pray that is not the case. If this is a seditious conspiracy they’re investigating - and it almost has to be, in order to still be within the Statute of Limitations - then the case can be heard anywhere that the conspiracy took place. And Washington, District of Corruption is the LAST place you want a coup tried, because the people of DC are so stupid/compromised/brain-dead/corrupt that they would ALWAYS side with the coup itself.
