Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) called the SAVE America Act “one of the most despicable pieces of legislation” he has seen ahead of the bill being brought to the floor for a vote this week.
Speaking to reporters on a Sunday phone call, Schumer claimed that President Donald Trump and Senate Republicans are attempting to “disenfranchise millions of Americans and undermine democracy by pushing this despicable SAVE Act,” also called the Safeguarding American Voter Eligibility Act.
He also called the election integrity bill “one of the most despicable pieces of legislation I’ve come across in the many years I’ve been a legislator.”
“Nothing is more important than defeating this dagger to the heart of our democracy,” the Democrat leader told reporters......

Schumer talking about “democracy” here is just talking about his version of Democracy. Wish he would shut up, dry up, then blow away.
Projection, projection, projection. The reason for objecting to the SAVE act is precisely to continue the enrollment of ineligible voters in the polling places.
Get out the vote, sure, but make certain that only the ELIGIBLE voters are allowed to exercise the franchise.
ID information and proof of eligibility are not that difficult to obtain, for anybody. Unless, of course, they are extremely negligent in their personal effects. But could such a person be counted on to make an informed choice on ANYTHING?
Even Chucky knows our TRUE form of government, though he spills his "democracy" swill all too often.
His swill here is that courts "interpret" our laws when in actuality they uphold our laws.
