I thought Joe pardoned his son for every crime he’d committed since January 1, 2014. According to the NY Post: “Joe Biden pardoned Hunter of the tax and gun felonies on Dec. 1, 2024 — and also shielded him from prosecution for any crimes potentially committed since Jan. 1, 2014 and the clemency date.”

President Donald Trump has claimed that many pardons and commutations issued by former President Joe Biden are “void” and “terminated” because they were signed using an autopen ....by Biden or someone else......(a machine that reproduces a signature) rather than by hand.
However, Trump has not successfully nullified these pardons, and legal experts broadly agree that a president cannot unilaterally revoke a predecessor’s completed pardons.....except if the pardons were issued by someone else and Biden didn’t now about them.
