President Trump said late Monday the U.S. has “virtually unlimited” munitions to fight wars “forever,” just days after the U.S. and Israel launched joint strikes in Iran.
“The United States Munitions Stockpiles have, at the medium and upper medium grade, never been higher or better — As was stated to me today, we have a virtually unlimited supply of these weapons,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
“Wars can be fought ‘forever,’ and very successfully, using just these supplies (which are better than other countries finest arms!),” he continued. “At the highest end, we have a good supply, but are not where we want to be. Much additional high grade weaponry is stored for us in outlying countries.”
The military effort in Iran, dubbed Operation Epic Fury, began early Saturday after weeks of threats from the president — who called for regime change in Tehran and an end to the Middle Eastern nation’s nuclear program. Iran launched a counterattack, targeting Israel and other nations in the Gulf.
Earlier Monday, Trump said the military operation in Iran could last for at least “four to five weeks.”
“We have the strongest and most powerful, by far, military in the world, and we will easily prevail,” the president said at the White House during a Medal of Honor ceremony. “We’re already substantially ahead of our time projections, but whatever the time is, it’s okay. Whatever it takes.”
“From the beginning, we projected four to five weeks, but we have capability to go far longer than that,” he added.
While the Saturday strikes on Iran killed the nation’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, it also led to the deaths of several U.S. service members.

Trump may have talked about “unlimited munitions” to keep the ChiComs from getting any ideas regarding Taiwan.

I can answer appromimately: it will be over in 11 days, 13 hours, 45 minutes and 28 seconds from now. Just a rough, but accurate estimation.

When combined with stealth and air supremacy that’s money in the bank.
But we are low on Patriot, THAAD and SM-6. And getting low on the most modern Tomahawks.
Production of those missiles have been doubled and quadrupled in the BBB.
1,000 Tomahawks, 500 THAAD, 500 SM-6 and 500 Patriot is the planned production this year.

Magazine depth or whatever they now call it, is classified, but my guess is the PRC has estimates of US, Japan, etc magazine depth.

I doubt it needs to be said to them, but if so - it can be said in private, leader to leader or through Rubio or whomever.
The BIGGER problem is a statement like this gets heard by JoeSixpack who heard a campaign about No More Forever Wars — and it makes JoeSixpack say - quite fairly, I think “Hey, wait a minute. I thought that’s what I was voting *against*.”

Will you be able to wring your hands that long?
I don’t think that America flitters from conflict to conflict running out of Tomahawks and so on and just hoping for the best from Russia and China and North Korea until we can replace them, I think those numbers are of a shallow level of stores open for the world to basically know about and share general knowledge of.
I think there are stores that we don’t know about is what I was posting, the deep stores for us to fight a war of survival that is not part of what we think of as our military stocks of public numbers and discussions and the numbers shared globally, including with Russia and China.
About 3 years ago I came across a gov document that seemed to mention the hidden levels but with details, I should have saved it.
