I do remember the claim that Maxwell was a sub driver. But I’ve never seen any actual evidence that there is a working sub, which would be a hard thing to hide when not in use. And while the island does have a boat ramp that could handle a fairly large boat it is only wet at high tide. There don’t seem to be any piers or other wet docks. There is an un-marked pad that could probably handle a chopper but how far would it travel to get there? I’ve long thot that ship-to-shore is how travel happened there. Would Bill and Gates ride a homemade sub?
