Ted Cruz for SCOTUS
February 24, 2026 | Whatever Works

If a position on the Supreme Court should open up, I propose Ted Cruz as the next Supreme Court justice.

55 is too old?

Better that than President Cruz.

Is it hard for you to go through the world thinking you are clever, when you are actually a total retard? Do you even know, or are you oblivious?

Cruz would be good but Mark Levin would be better.

"He was born in Canada. He can’t be president."

The Laziest Freeptard, banned multiple times, lamely insinuates the qualifications for President direct the qualifications for SCOTUS.

Six Supreme Court justices were born outside of the United States: James Wilson, James Iredell, William Paterson, David J. Brewer, George Sutherland, and Felix Frankfurter.

‘ Six Supreme Court justices were born outside of the United States: James Wilson, James Iredell, William Paterson, David J. Brewer, George Sutherland, and Felix Frankfurter.’

Cmon. There is no constitutional requirement for being born in the US for Supreme Court justices. There is for presidents.

He’s gone wobbly like all of the rest. He’s about re-election. That’s it. Yes, he’s the best of most alternatives but bought and paid for for sure.

Well, you’ll have to tell me exactly how he’s gone ‘wobbly’, and who has bought and paid for him.

I make decisions on facts, not vague opinions.

He would have been a great choice a decade ago. He’s too old now. He’s 55. I’d want someone more like 40 so they can be on the court a decade and a half longer than Cruz is likely to be on it. The other problem is he doesn’t want the job. He wanted a career in politics rather than as a judge.

Confirmation would be fun - Amanda “Blassey” Carpenter, maybe his daughters…

Ted Cruz said the purpose of his public life was to protect a foreign country.

He doesn’t belong in the Senate - or on the Supreme Court.

We can show good will by helping the leftist Justices get into relaxing hobbies.

We’ll pack the parachutes for their skydiving lessons.

Safety check their mountain climbing equipment including Active Protection (Spring-Loaded Camming Devices) stoppers, nexes, nuts and other passive protection to be placed into constricted cracks. And skyhooks and birdbeaks. We’ll check them all personally.

And pay their tuition for Race Car Driving School.
Self help guy Anthony Robbins did that. At one point he couldn’t stop himself from staring at the brick wall he was approaching fast dead ahead, once again violating his instructor’s training to look away from danger toward an escape. “Focus on where you want to go, not on what you fear”.
Just before hitting the wall his instructor physically reached over and harshly turned his head away to the side and Robbins instinctively turned the car away, just in time.
Two famous schools: FastLane Racing School and Skip Barber Racing Schoo.

RE: Justice Felix Frankfurter.

He said the most difficult right to defend is freedom for the thought we hate.

Our side does that when we keep our fists in our pockets when a woke type spits on and stomps on the American flag before setting in on fire. Or urinates on a portrait of Christ.

Meh. He will sell out like the rest.

Stupid comment. Care to share his history of selling out?

Being a lawyer or judge are not actual requirements for SCOTUS. Appointing an economist from the Thomas Sowell mode would be great.

Cruz can’t be confirmed. Most Senators hate his guts, so even a 51 vote confirmation wouldn’t fly with him as the nominee.
