Globalists artificially inseminate women to harvest the tissues, bone marrow and blood. Having half the same genetic material makes the harvested products much more effective at prolonging their lives.
I wish that were science fiction.

The babies are sacrificed and used for the elite’s adrinochrome treatment therapy.

After the sun set, Weaver prepared a bath for Gabriel, mixing the water with breast milk to soothe him. Didn't know this was "a thing."
Sounds like something Bill Gates would have done in the Epstein files.

Several caregivers told the social workers that the children behaved as though they’d been deprived of food. Some stuffed themselves long after they were full, “as if something bad would occur if they didn’t.” A set of twins engaged in “food hoarding,” storing bites of meals in their cheeks It may not even be due to starvation or purposeful under-feeding.
Many studies show that emotionally neglected or abused children bond with food, in the sense its the only basic "need" they have that is being met
In a bizarre f actory, like these ghouls were running, with nanny-workers tending to the children, at best, it would be a sterile and emotionless environment, where children have no sense of love or protection, but also would be lacking any sense of hierarchy or belonging - or to put it on an animal level, any sense of participation in a family/tribe/pack unit.
That is extremely dislocating for a human child, or even an advanced mammal like a chimpanzee

It’s poorly written.
I honestly don’t know how women can act as surrogates and then give their babies up. I could see it a little more if they were close friends of the couple who wanted a child, and really knew about them; but not otherwise.

I honestly don’t know how women can act as surrogates and then give their babies up Many things that were once unimaginable have become common place thanks to the absence of Almighty God from our society.
Things that once were acts of desperation that would haunt those that participated for the rest of their lives are now acts of commerce done for vacation travel money.

Some of these women seem to feel they’re actually doing a good thing. But even though the babies are not genetically their own, I can’t see carrying it for months and giving birth to it, and then just parting with it...

It’s poorly written. One surrogate who’d pressed Taghdis for details recalled getting a koan-like response: “You can trust what you’re experiencing is real.”
I'll say.
Not having a degree in differential religion I had to look up 'koan-like'.
Which is Short instructive text in some Buddhist practices; cryptic, concise, thought-provoking
Why would the author use such and obscure reference?
Just trying to appear learned? Show her superiority to the audience?

Although it was convenient to pretend that what had happened in the Arcadia home was a private matter, impossible to foresee, each step of the couple’s reproductive spree was made possible by fertility-clinic doctors, multiple attorneys, agency coördinators, and judges, all of whom are supposed to serve as guardrails. “This kind of thing can only happen when you’ve got people who are willing to turn a blind eye,” O’Brien added. Everything in The People's Republic of California is highly regulated except Medicine. Particularly reproductive sex change medicine.
These cash cow occupations own the Democrat Party that owns California

Who knows? I’m not sure the quote is even a good example of a koan.
