Savannah Guthrie took to social media again with an emotional video in the disappearance of her mom, Nancy, begging the abductor to return her “valuable” mother Saturday and offering once more to pay a ransom.
“We received your message and we understand,” the “Today” anchor said on Instagram, alongside her brother Camron and sister Annie.
“We beg you now to return our mother to us, so that we can celebrate with her,” she added, later saying that her mother’s return is “very valuable to us” and “we will pay.”

It is rare crime, involves celebrity, kind of real-life “Perils of Pauline,” intrigue, mystery, drama... I feel hooked on it.
An “are” sneaked in there somehow! :)
That’s always possible.
Maybe I misunderstood.
This is all I found:
“Nancy Guthrie’s pacemaker stopped syncing with her Apple devices around the time she was believed to be abducted, but it is unclear if it is working again. The pacemaker’s spike in activity could indicate she was involved in a struggle, but further details about its current status have not been disclosed.”
It’s sad to watch this play out, regardless of Nancy’s or her daughters political beliefs. The wording implies the worst case, especially when they dropped the request for proof of life in this new video.
A very astute observation
I think they will give it up and leave her "somewhere" and notify family.
🤣🤟
Whatever happened to that?
Oh yeah, Paul Ryan.
Time to call in Liam Neeson...
It has always looked like a botched kidnapping to me.
The kidnapping itself was not botched but went smoothly.
She was likely in Mexico before the sun rose Sunday morning.
The botched part was, thinking you could get paid and get away with it.
Kidnapping may be viable in Mexico and SA but zero chance in the US.
The body may be returned some day, but it won’t be through the help of anyone directly involved.
I heard an interesting factoid today.
This residential are is not well lit at night because it interferes with area observatories.
WHAT?
Have you had that quote wrong for 19 years, honey bun?
fear. distraction from other important things going on. media making money. its all they really care about. stress people out in some way cause more sickness. give others ideas of how to harm people. all likely reasons its on the media constantly.
Yes. That is what I got as well.
But, why????? Why her????
“False Flag”
Im thinking that that’s what this whole thing is too.
Savannah’s status as a high profile media personality seems relevant.
Ha! Classic!
they are just negotiating for the body. Sad, but that simplifies things.
Not strange based on history. Many rich people have been kidnapped for ransom money in the past. I avoid buying lottery tickets 😂😂
