A female shooter has been convicted of attempted murder after she opened fire at a New Year’s Eve house party when she spotted her estranged husband and her boyfriend talking to each other.

Clendenin’s ex-hubby and new boyfriend mingled at the party, which was held to welcome in 2025, and both talked about their relationships with the shooter.
Clendenin, 29, received word that both men had attended the bash, but her husband refused to leave the party.
She pulled out her .40-caliber handgun and unleashed a volley of shots, which struck an innocent guest in the abdomen.
“The victim had simply been invited to a New Year’s Eve party and found himself in the middle of Clendenin’s barrage of gunfire,” David Fornshell, the Warren County prosecutor, said Tuesday.
“Clendenin may have started 2025 as a free person but will spend the rest of 2026 and at a minimum the decade thereafter incarcerated for attempting to murder at least one of her romantic interests, albeit striking and almost killing an innocent victim.”
Clendenin’s ex told cops last year she was mad at the fact that he and her new partner were socializing.
Clendenin also crashed her mom’s SUV when she tried to leave the party after her rampage, cops told WKRC.
She was also convicted of illegally discharging a firearm at or into a home and two assault charges, and has yet to be sentenced.

I am aware that it isn’t just women. It’s just that it seems women get more angry about that then men, when the ex does better without them.
There are probably evolutionary/biological reasons or it’s their created internal nature for that.

What a sad situation. I’m so sorry for your loss and what you’ve gone through. It’s a shame your daughter met that guy in the first place. We have such high hopes for our children and then something like that happens. You all got a raw deal in life.

All she needs is a VERY lengthy stay in prison.

First pass I read that as Sister in Law, and it wasn't making sense. Please define your terms. Like on Reddit - sometimes FTM means a mentally ill woman that think she's a guy, and sometimes it means First Time Mother.
