Average 200 threads per day? So far this month?

The average posts per thread has dropped. More 5 and 10 response thread.

I posted and boosted two big ones recently a 450+ and a 200+.

I am a nobody here so if my threads go anywhere we’re scraping bottom.

I want the front end to be essentially the same. However I want to post pictures easily.
I want to address directed responses easily with an effective ALL.
I want views counted again
I want the sidebars to work and not derelict.

It's apparent from your exposition that you're more interested in status quo. Who said anything at all about adding changing interface, advertising or offending your "quiet"?

I'm simply talking about trying to engage young people to the conservative side of the political aisle, but you just keep on objecting for your own selfish reasons. You don't seem to be care about the movement or the future of the nation, it just needs to be quiet.

Look, it's fine. IDC that much anymore. I really wanted to help the FR family that I've been a part of for so long. Hell, I was part of the group that protested Clinton when he came to town so long ago, but I won't argue anymore with you.

I simply wanted to make it known that there are those of us that are willing to put money where our mouth is in order to advance conservatism.

I'll refer you to home page that states, "Established in 1996, Free Republic is one of the earliest and largest online gathering places for independent, grass-roots conservatism on the web. Hi again. I'm familiar with JimRob's Home page statement, it's what attracted me in the first place in the years I lurked before I registered in 2005.

I suspect we interpret it somewhat differently. I see it as saying, "If you're a conservative, here's a place you can express your beliefs, share ideas, argue with other conservatives, and advance conservative causes".

I do not see it as saying, "If you're not a conservative, we'll try to convince you that you should be one". That's a very different angle, and it would attract disruptors as much as potential converts. JimRob was very clear that people coming in from the left wing with their BS and nonsense will not be tolerated. Even libertarians catch grief from some of the hard-liners.

So if your goal is to advance conservatism, I suggest that other conservative sites that are designed and intended for that purpose, might be better suited to achieving your goal, than FR. As far as I can tell from JimRob's statements over the years, FR is for those of us who are already convinced that conservative thought, philosophy, politics, and action, are what we want. We do love to argue amongst ourselves. But we don't need to be converted.

Could FR attract more younger conservatives? Sure, make the FR Facebook site a more attractive and active jumping-in place, rather than just a bunch of complaints when the main site is slow. Maybe run an active X FR account (I don't do those social media but most younger folks live on it). With the idea being to drive people to the main site, not to replace it.

So I respect your greater years here, and join you in continuing support of FR (I do my monthly via PayPal which is hassle-free), and hope that FR maintains its spot on the internet for as long as possible. -- Posting images only requires knowing a trivial bit of HTML, but that does throw some folks, despite the HTML Tutorial pages.
-- The FR site does not have storage space for images, so they have to be linked from elsewhere on the internet, either the original/source site, or a copy on an image-posting site.
-- Providing on-site storage space is WAY out of budget. -- So I suspect posting images will remain a minor hassle.

-- Spamming everyone on a thread ("ALL") is discouraged intentionally, and in any case it can only address those members who have already commented; anyone joining after the "ALL" won't be pinged to it.
-- I suspect a working "ALL" addressee is a non-starter. (I think the current target is just a blackhole.)
