A Boston woman who was accosted in a women’s bathroom at the Liberty Hotel in May after a security guard mistook her for a man is now suing the hotel, accusing its employees of crafting a defamatory cover story.
Ansley Baker and her partner, Elizabeth Victor, filed the complaint in Suffolk Superior Court Thursday, naming the hotel and several of its employees and executives.

There is little doubt that a Boston jury is likely to be receptive to the hotel’s account of events, including its now-withdrawn allegation that Ms. Baker and Ms. Victor engaged in lewd conduct within a bathroom stall, and inclined to view favorably the hotel’s asserted justification for implementing a protocol to verify the gender of individuals entering its restroom facilities.
When a female works that hard to look like a guy I’m not gonna fault anyone for being deceived.

Exercise great caution. That can get you arrested for indecent exposure and urinating in public. A conviction can get you placed on your State's sex-offender list.
It occurs to me that wearing a short skirt could facilitate your suggested field-expedient methods.

Spot on, if you wanna be a man, act like one and protect females from others. Going into womens restrooms shows it doesn’t care one whit, except for itself.
If it is a female, you can fix this by looking the part.

I work with a person like that, whom I took to be a tranny. Found out Brandy really was Brandy not Randy in transition. It was just very weird especially since Brandy is a chain smoker and has a deeper voice than most of the guys at work.
