My father often talked about his mother making souse head cheese on Christmas Eve, leaving it in a loaf pan on the back porch to solidify and the family enjoyed this “treat” after Midnight Mass.

ultra sound soon.

it was 45 miles one way to drive there.
I’m feeling puny because of my crummy back!
