A grand jury, for a second time, declined to bring a new indictment against Letitia James, the New York attorney general who defeated President Donald Trump and his company in court, according to multiple sources.
The Justice Department presented its case against James to grand jury in Alexandria, Virginia, Thursday — a week after a different grand jury in Norfolk declined to bring charges.
A spokesperson for James’ legal team declined to comment Thursday.
The quick move by the Justice Department to present a case against James again to a grand jury again shows the intensity of its efforts to prosecute the New York attorney general, a frequent Trump political target who was one of several enemies he has said on social media should face legal jeopardy.

Why do I feel the fix is in?

President Trump got indicted in ultra-liberal NYS.
His tormentor is a million times more guilty that President Trump was.
But the ultra-liberal VA court refuses to indict that scumbag James.
There is NO justice in the USA.
Too bad the James cases weren’t tried in Idaho.
I do not recall who the mortgage lender was, but assuming she signed a digital signature at “closing”, which was probably done while she was in NY state, but accepted by the lender somewhere among its business locations (where its servers/computer systems are housed), perhaps you could find a less politically motivated jurisdiction and attempt to indict her in, say, Texas? Idaho?
Norfolk? Alexandria? What’s next, Richmond? Baltimore? Charlotte? Philly? Durham? What the hell is the DoJ expecting? Take these courts out of commie-infested, Trump-hating cities or don’t bother with this.

Probably the jury but there remains saboteurs imbedded everywhere.

Keep throwing those Hardballs. Eventually, one will hit bullseye, and the defendant will be dunked into the deep cold waters of the Law. Even if she manages to swim out, she gets all wet and slimy. Keep on pitching.
Isn’t that what they tried to do to President Trump during his last campaign?
