Every AI (fraud) video should have to carry a visible water mark. AI (fraud) audio should also carry a audible marker, beep. Failure to water mark? Heavy fines then 3 strikes, mandatory prison time.
This is why you NEVER want to ban anyone’s free speech. The leftards will make anyone with a shred of sanity recoil in horror. Give them the spotlight.
Good idea, but may be difficult to enforce. There should be consequences if AI material incites violence, anyway.
I have submitted music for public release over the month or two. The distributor has a check box as a disclaimer stating that no AI was used in the production. Not exactly robust, but it’s a start.
