Why wasn’t Kamala Harris cleaning her collard greens in the bathtub this year?
Kamala Harris on Thursday posted a TikTok video of herself preparing Thanksgiving dinner with her nieces.
Harris chose to post a small clip herself preparing collard greens.
Of course she did.
Is she preparing to run for office again?
“We are preparing collard greens!” Harris said. Recall that last year on the campaign trail Kamala Harris told a Georgia voter she used to clean her collard greens in the bathtub.
Maybe her Indian mother taught her that?
Kamala then told the Georgia voter that she uses Tabasco sauce to give her greens a little more flavor.

Heresy. Properly prepared greens in butter with hog jowls, require nothing other than salting to taste.
I’m surprised she didn’t fold in some poutine right at the end to add that little extra zing

This is right in line with her IQ and maturity level.

It’s “poke salad”. And for those who eschew using Tabasco in greens, I’ve had it both ways plus had the little bowl of “pot likker” on the side and found I like the addition of vinegar to brighten the flavor. The extra spice of pepper sauce, which is made with vinegar, is just fine by my taste buds.
They eat a lot of collard greens in Montreal.
Louisiana sauce... Tabasco is good too. My criteria is all on the lable. Peppers, vinegar, salt... never anything else.
They were a staple for Canada, India, and Jamaica Thanksgiving Day dinners.
