Uniform Code of Military Justice, Kelly could be recalled to active duty for a possible court-martial or face administrative action.
The Department of Defense, also known as the Department of War, has opened an investigation into Sen. Mark Kelly, D-Ariz., for “serious allegations of misconduct.”
Officials did not say what the allegations involve. However, Kelly appeared in a video released last week by Democratic lawmakers last week, urging service members to refuse unlawful orders. The message did not give specific examples of unlawful orders or say specifically where they might come from.
Republicans, including President Donald Trump, sharply criticized the message, accusing the lawmakers of telling the military to defy the commander in chief.

"This is really bad, and Dangerous to our Country. Their words cannot be allowed to stand. SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR FROM TRAITORS!!! LOCK THEM UP???" President Trump wrote on Truth Social.
Under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Kelly could be recalled to active duty for a possible court-martial or face administrative action.
“This matter will be handled in compliance with military law, ensuring due process and impartiality,” the department said in its statement.
Kelly, a former Navy pilot who later joined NASA and was elected to the Senate in 2020, said the investigation will not intimidate him from doing his job.
"I’ve given too much to this country to be silenced by bullies who care more about their own power than protecting the Constitution," Kelly said.

We wish, 6 months not one of these 6 traitors will have faced any consequences.

Kelly would likely disagree with your statement

No doubt every Troop and commander received this this morning
How I read it, having previously appeared for duty on many a Monday morning , is - and read the last paragraph - if any active duty member thinks of entertaining following this retired officer into a UCMJ court by not following an order you will regret it
Like this guy does today

OFFICIAL STATEMENT:
The Department of War has received serious allegations of misconduct against Captain Mark Kelly, USN (Ret.). In accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 688, and other applicable regulations, a thorough review of these allegations has been initiated to determine further actions, which may include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings or administrative measures. This matter will be handled in compliance with military law, ensuring due process and impartiality. Further official comments will be limited, to preserve the integrity of the proceedings.
The Department of War reminds all individuals that military retirees remain subject to the UCMJ for applicable offenses, and federal laws such as 18 U.S.C. § 2387 prohibit actions intended to interfere with the loyalty, morale, or good order and discipline of the armed forces. Any violations will be addressed through appropriate legal channels.
All servicemembers are reminded that they have a legal obligation under the UCMJ to obey lawful orders and that orders are presumed to be lawful. A servicemember’s personal philosophy does not justify or excuse the disobedience of an otherwise lawful order.
“All servicemembers are reminded that they have a legal obligation under the UCMJ to obey lawful orders”
The news got hold of and spun this notice to allow general public to pretend it was directed at them
It was directed to the military I believe.
Repeating this:
‘legal obligation under the UCMJ to obey lawful orders”
This is not the civilian court system. This is the military court system. It is different and separate.
The country was founded after the military
We just celebrated the 250 anniversary of the Army in June 2025, the Navy in Oct and the USMC last week, 10 November. We’ll celebrate the 250th of the country in July 2026
The military came first. This is a different court
We’ll see what happens but Sen Kelly, Navy Captain Ret is answering questions today. Pulling out paperwork, 214s, records, awards and decs.
He’s feeling consequences. For now.
BTW that Sec of War X post - 14.8 million views since it was posted this morning
Excellent! At least it will give the puke sleepless nights, ulcers, hemorrhoids, and potentially legal fees.

I predict recall to duty for Kelly, court martial, and a sentence to serve time. This video production by the Seditionist Six will be assessed at trial against military training manuals that describe pre-color revolution mind influencing techniques to coop the domestic military to rebel and support a revolution. Thus, the production has a sinister aspect to it that is very troubling as a mind influencing prelude to civil war in this country. Kelly needs to be hammered hard to nip in the bud and quill any Leftest thoughts of prepping the military for insurrection as a means to foster their domestic Communist revolution.
Something resembling this I imagine. I don’t know. What do I know? Common sense.
This will additionally portray for compare and contrast what a farce our civilian court system is - Comey can’t be tried because Trump appointed the prosecutor?
And just in case Kelly forgot about this. I can’t imagine his motivation
💯
Any person, officer or enlisted, who is drawing retirement pay is subject to the UCMJ and can be recalled.
This is a Psychological Operation (PSYOP) right out of the US Army’s Field Manual and it is conducted (Read: The target audience) against the American people. That in itself should be considered for Courts Marshall. This guy Kelly is a traitor.
