Dallas Muslim Leader to Be Deported After Judge Cites Hamas Support — Hamas-Linked CAIR Rushes In
North Texas Muslim leader Marwan Marouf — longtime PR and fundraising director for the Muslim American Society (MAS) in Dallas — will be deported after an immigration judge cited evidence tying him to Hamas-linked activity.
According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Marouf overstayed his visa and was denied legal residency because of involvement with a foundation that “provided material support for Hamas.” Judge Abdias Tida also cited Marouf’s donations to the Holy Land Foundation, the Hamas fundraising arm that was shut down after 9/11, and ruled that the “gravity of the evidence” made him ineligible for voluntary departure.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott responded by noting this case as “another example of CAIR Texas’s support for Hamas and terror,” consistent with his recent designation of the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the Muslim Brotherhood as foreign terrorist organizations. CAIR, as usual, denied everything and claimed victimhood, filing a lawsuit and insisting that criticism of CAIR amounts to bigotry.

India: Muslims recruit child for jihad at Qur’an school
Kerala has a history of Islamic radicalisation. Islamic terror group ISIS has long been associated with attempts at luring the Muslim youth from the state into its Jihadist crimes. On 14th November, a fresh case of ISIS recruitment emerged from Thiruvananthapuram, wherein 15-year-old boy was radicalised by his mother Fida Mohammad Ali and her second husband Ansar Aslam into joining the Islamic State terrorist organisation.
The minor boy was shown ISIS-related videos by the accused couple when he was in the United Kingdom. An FIR has been lodged at the Venjaramoodu Police Station in Kerala and the accused couple has been booked under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. The matter came to light after the teen escaped the attempt to push him into ISIS’s Jihadi terrorism. The police have arrested Fida and her husband Ansar.
The police swung into action after, the boy’s relatives learnt from him about the attempts being made to make him join the ISIS and the relatives approached the police.
The police then questioned the boy, who directly accused his parents of attempting to push him to join ISIS by showing him propaganda videos, including the beheading videos. The boy told the police that his stepfather assaulted him brutally for not accepting ISIS’s ideology.
It has also emerged that the teenager was brought to a madarsa in Attingal by ex-terror convict Siddhikul Aslam (Some media reports say Siddiqui). NDTV reports that the madarsa staff said that Siddhikul Aslam had absolute control over the teen and the latter’s mother never visited. They said that Siddhikul Aslam was brainwashing the teen into hating others. Siddhikul Aslam is reported to hold Islamic Jihadist mindset.
The teenager did not like the Siddhikul Aslam extremist ideology and used to fear him. There were obvious behavioural changes in the teen’s behaviour. There were patterns that deviated from routine conduct and indicated distress. The institution informed the child’s relatives in Kerala and alerted them about the boy’s abnormal behaviour, suggesting he needed immediate attention. This communication became the turning point that eventually brought the matter before the police.

The Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) terror organization has started to build a growing military presence in Syria, according to a Wednesday report from Israeli public broadcaster KAN News.
This reportedly occurs with Syria’s full awareness of the PIJ’s efforts and comes as Hamas bolsters its strength in Lebanon through increased cooperation with Hezbollah.
KAN reported that the PIJ has expanded the capabilities of its military wing, the al-Quds Brigades, within Syria in recent weeks, noting a particular uptick in activity in the Palestinian refugee camps near Damascus.
Syria is considered a particularly convenient base for the PIJ due to the United States’ recent informal ban on Israeli airstrikes against Syrian targets.

Attorney General Ahmed Usham has stated that the Maldives will implement human rights guarantees in a manner that does not contravene the principles of Islam.
Speaking at the Universal Periodic Review session held by the United Nations to assess human rights protection in member states, Usham emphasized that the identity of the Maldives is intertwined with Islam, which he described as an uncompromisable pillar of the nation’s social fabric. He also noted the respect given to Islam within the Maldivian Constitution.
“This religion shapes our values. Our laws draw guidance from this religion, and this religion directs our social and moral compass. Our commitment to human rights will be in accordance with the principles connected to this foundation,” Usham said at the review session held at the UN Office in Geneva.
The Attorney General added that freedom of thought and expression is guaranteed by the Maldivian Constitution, but he stressed that this right is provided only in a manner that does not contradict the fundamentals of Islam.
He confirmed that the Maldivian government will uphold civil liberties as stipulated in the Constitution, but these liberties must be exercised in a way that preserves national harmony and does not disseminate any form of hatred.

At least three Pakistani paramilitary personnel were killed Monday when a suicide bombing struck a security headquarters in Peshawar, local officials said, marking the latest instance of deadly violence in the province bordering Afghanistan.

Rescue workers made their way through the scene, which was peppered with shattered glass from a vehicle.
One assailant detonated explosives at around 8:10 a.m. (03:10 a.m. GMT), just before rush hour, killing “three FC (Federal Constabulary) personnel deployed at the gate,” said Peshawar police chief, Mian Saeed….
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack, but Pakistan’s state-run broadcaster PTV reported that the assailants had been identified as Afghan nationals.

Pakistan has blamed previous attacks on terrorists, particularly the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), which it claims operate from Afghan soil.

Abdullah Haji Zada, 19, was sentenced to 15 years in US federal prison after plotting an ISIS-inspired terror attack during the 2024 US presidential election, the US Department of Justice said on Wednesday.
Zada, an Afghan citizen and a lawful US permanent resident, was convicted for “knowingly receiving, attempting to receive, and conspiring to receive a firearm and ammunition to be used to commit a federal crime of terrorism,” according to court documents. The suspect received his sentence from US District Judge Scott L. Palk.
According to court documents, Zada and Nasir Ahmad Tawhedi, 28, received AK-47 style rifles and 500 rounds of ammunition, reported the US Department of Justice. The suspects had received the instruments with knowledge of their use in connection with a terrorist attack on US Election Day in November 2024.
The defendants were planning the attack on behalf of the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS), a well-known worldwide terror organization….
At the time of his arrest, Zada, who was 17, faced not only the risk of receiving a maximum penalty of 15 years in a federal prison, which actually happened in the end, but also a $250,000 fine.
Per the plea agreement, Zada agreed to be deported to Afghanistan after serving his prison sentence and acknowledged that the order of his removal would render his lawful permanent resident status void.

Bad actors stick together. Few relationships prove that more clearly than Iran and Venezuela’s. The regimes’ close ties are on full display with Iran’s foreign ministry on November 15, threatening the United States with “dangerous consequences” over the US military buildup near Venezuela’s shores.
It’s not just talk: the Iran-Venezuela strategic partnership has matured into a robust, multi-dimensional alliance, impacting both regional security and US foreign policy calculations. Iran and Venezuela’s cooperation spans the social, political, diplomatic, economic, and military domains — and is directly influencing the US posture toward Venezuela, including the recent military buildup near its shores and targeted strikes on drug trafficking operations.
The Iran-Venezuela partnership began in the 1950s and has deepened substantially, especially after former Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez declared the countries “brothers” in 2005….
Economically, the alliance is built on mutual circumvention of Western sanctions. Iran and Venezuela have exchanged oil, gold, and infrastructure assistance, often using Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and Hezbollah-linked front companies for money laundering and sanctions evasion. This economic cooperation enables the Maduro regime to survive by generating hard currency and illicit financial streams, while also facilitating transnational criminal activity including drug trafficking, with groups such as Cartel de los Soles and Tren de Aragua working with Hezbollah proxies to move drugs into US territory. The proceeds fuel both regimes and deepen their partnership and resilience to international pressure.
Simultaneously, Iran and Venezuela collaborate on energy trade that is inimical to US interests and enriches Russia. Iran not only exports refined crude oil to Venezuela to enrich itself, but also helps Venezuela build and fix energy infrastructure, increasing Venezuelan storage and refining capacity. In turn, that boosts Caracas’s appetite for Russian naphtha, a petroleum product that further enables Venezuela to dilute and export its oil, giving Russia a new and growing energy market for its exports to replace Europe and undermining Western sanctions.
As the US presence in the region grows, Venezuela and Iran have enhanced their military coordination. Recently, Venezuela requested additional Iranian drones, military electronics, and asymmetric warfare technologies. Iran provides technical personnel and expertise, optimizing Venezuela’s capacity for electronic warfare and irregular tactics, thereby enhancing deterrence and complicating US intervention plans.
Against this backdrop, the United States has deployed significant naval assets and possibly special operations elements off the coast of Venezuela, amounting to the largest regional buildup since the Cuban Missile Crisis. Officially, the United States has justified this surge to counter escalating drug trafficking, with at least 20 recent kinetic strikes on alleged narco-trafficking vessels departing Venezuelan ports. Many of these drug networks are tied to Venezuelan state actors and Iran-linked proxies. It would not be a stretch to assume that the Maduro regime is leveraging its Iranian connection as strategic insurance….
Iran — along with its proxy Hezbollah — and Venezuela are force multipliers. All three work in concert to enrich the Iranian regime, strengthen Venezuela’s military and imperil regional stability, and facilitate transnational crime that threatens the US homeland. Washington should not allow this Venn diagram of threats to continue converging.
