Many come here to read dispatches from the War between Good and Evil, to red-pill and encourage.....and to pray and give thanks to the God who fights for us.
Q has reminded us repeatedly that together, we are strong. As the false "narrative" is destroyed and the divisive machinery put in place by the Deep State fails, the fact that patriotism has no skin color or political party is exposed for all to see.

The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding ‘mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains of ‘group-think’), but, more importantly, aid in the construction of a vehicle (a ‘ship’) that provides the scattered (‘free thinkers’) with a ‘starter’ new social-networking platform which allows for freedom of thought, expression, and patriotism or national pride (the feeling of love, devotion and sense of attachment to a homeland and alliance with other citizens who share the same sentiment).
When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

Fox News claims the shooter was biometrical screened and interviewed. That may be factual but superficial and doesn’t mean much.
I worked in third world countries overseas and was involved with background screening and it is very difficult to get reliable information on people due to a lack of centralized data infrastructure.
Those areas are tribal and clannish. An outsider interviewing authorities or acquaintances of the person of interest would likely be skewed in favor them, especially for members of the tribe.
I also observed cases where criminals from one tribal community or sector would leave and go elsewhere and their criminality wouldn’t follow them due to a lack of digital repository for the information.
I don’t trust our government’s ability to vet and screen people from that part of the world.

It is my understanding that a major retail outlet might agree to build a store on leased property if stores in direct competition are not allowed to also reside on the same property... i.e. a Publix Supermarket will be built as long as no other food supermarket will also be built.
I presume that if Panera Bread was just selling sandwiches that would not constitute a violation; however, if Panera is also selling bread and other bakery goods, that would constitute a violation.
Over the years I have noticed that it is rare to find direct competing businesses within the same shopping complex so I presume it is a common practice. Certainly the complex next door or across the street is ideal for a competitor! 🤷
The guy was connected with the see aye ay, so —maybe— that agency hid them.
Maybe the See aye ay gave him a second “family” name, Lakanwal, and used the single name, Rahmanullah, as his first name.
They -are- looking for any other people in connection with the perp.
If he was a leader in a mosque, who else did he get involved/pull in to his scheme?
Maybe that’s why investigators were looking for anyone connected to him.

Depending what the contract states, doing what you suggest could result in the developer losing the development via Publix suing. A shady developer might do it. Publix is too important to sacrifice it for a franchise.
The leasing money from Publix would be such that a Panera Bread on the outparcel would never make up for the loss if Publix went elsewhere. Plus a Publix as the anchor is a better ‘magnet’ for other companies to lease at the developer’s property. The foot traffic from a Publix alone would entice something like a PetSmart, Verizon or AT&T store, Chick-fil-A, local restaurants, GNC store, hair salon, etc...
Publix never builds their own because leasing gives them the flexibility to leave when traffic flow, customer traffic, area development, the local retail market change. They aren’t going to sink money into a fixed asset like building their own store.
