I found a body on the streets of Portland. 911 was called and it took them two hours to arrive. He was clutching tinfoil meaning he died of a fentanyl overdose. I guarded the body because multiple Homeless were trying to go through his pockets. This is not unusual. I find bodies all the time. This is the sad reality of the streets.

But the media says everything is fine in Portland!
If you look at the video, the guy is sitting up! He’s not dead (yet)!
Maybe the responders thought it was just a Halloween decoration and didn’t need to hurry.
In India this happens a lot. They just toss them in the Ganges.
He ain’t moving’
Dead or in opiate induced rigidity
The sad reality of leftist streets, anyway.
My advice to Kevin Dahlgren is to GTFO of Portland!
Seriously, Dude, YOU are not going to make a difference. You don’t have the Po-leese, your Mayor, your Governor or ANYONE in AUTHORITY in your state (aside from President Trump) taking the downfall of your city seriously!
“The sad reality of leftist streets, anyway.”
Exactly right. Typical of Democrat run cities.
Portland is a failed city. If the state government wasn’t such a mess, they should take over for the city government. How sad.
He ‘guarded the body’? Why? If the man was dead, material possessions no longer had any meaning to him.
“I find bodies all the time” Really? Then why do you frequent those areas so much? Does this man also suffer from an addiction?
When the average person sees someone lying down on the bare pavement in full view of everyone, the last thing you want to do would be to go up to that person and engage; unless you know them, and have an idea how they would react to you.
Some Skidrow Level dopers will accept help, when respectfully offered, the danger there is many will instantly become greedy and dependent on that helper.
While others will be enraged because you have forced that Doper to admit just how bad his condition is, that kind of person may even attack a Good Samaritan and cuss them out for the humiliation.
DJT, take advantage of this. Put a JDAM in the bedroom window at 3AM of a Fentanyl kingpin.
Then put the short vid on Truth Social, “In Remebrance of .........” the man who died.
Was he on the cart?
According to the tweet the guy put out about guarding the body was he was protecting it because other homeless people were trying to go thru the dead guy’s pockets and steal whatever they could from the corpse.
Ive heard some stories, humans can be funny that way. I know of an old foundryman that spent his retirement fishing and gardening. Huge vegetable garden watered by simultaneously carrying two 5 gallon pails of water.
One day someone found him, he had been gone a couple of days. He must have suddenly felt tired and sat on a stump because he was still sitting there with his pails when they found him.
One of the dangers of taking synthetic opiates is that they can interfere with nerve signals to the muscles which turns people into rigid living statues
I think the guy was guarding thexbody to make sure other addicts did not steal his drug stash
If the addicted died because of a bad disease of drugs he is saving the lives of the addicts who would steal the dead guys stash
Who’s streets? Our streets! This is what democracy looks like.
