I eat it regularly, with just salt and pepper, and sometimes cayenne pepper...............

I add scallions to a tub. I buy a 16 oz tub every other week.

Cottage cheese on toast has been one of my comfort foods since I was a kid. Just salt and pepper usually, or sometimes a sprinkle of creole seasoning.

Organic cherry tomatoes. Just grab 5 or 6, after you washed your hands of course, wash them out of the carton with even hand soap, antibacterial, rinse, to plate, sharp knife, slice, spread them around, don’t forget the cottage cheese then salt and pepper.

Good Culture is a great brand and if its a milk product you want to go organic.

Crumbled bacon does not hurt.

Trust me.

;-)

I’ve always eaten Cottage Cheese. I like it with a salt-free herb blend called ‘Sunny Paris.’ (CC is salty enough!)

We also like it with berries on top, and/or Granola. We do the same with Yogurt.

And any time I make a batch of jam that doesn’t ‘set’ right, that goes on top of yogurt or Cottage Cheese, too.

Nothing goes to waste in this house; though a lot of things go to WAIST, LOL!

I’ll stir in some sriracha into the container . Th contrasting cool texture of the cottage cheese and the tangy heat from the sriracha are a perfect mix.

My dear husband - recently passed away…he loved to eat cottage cheese with salt and lots of coarse ground black pepper. Miss him.
