Alleged intruder Austin Carasani Credit: Broward County Sheriff’s Office
===========================================================================
A Florida intruder learned the hard way that breaking and entering can have painful consequences, especially if one of the people is an MMA fighter.
As CBS 12 reported, Henny Rojas was sleeping at his relative’s home in Wilton Manors on Saturday morning when his teenage nephew woke him up in a panic to inform him an intruder was in the living room.
Upon hearing this, the MMA fighter sprang into action. Using his skills, he beat the tar out of the intruder and subdued him until the police arrived.
The intruder, who identified as 31-year-old Austin Carasani, was then arrested and taken into custody.
Rojas told CBS 12 in an interview that he was fully prepared for the engagement and suffered no injuries.
I’m prepared. It’s not my first time; I don’t feel pain. Nothing,” Rojas told CBS 12. “I don’t have guns; I wasn’t looking for a knife — just God and my hands, that’s it.”
“Protect your family,” he added. “There are a lot of crazy people [who] don’t believe in God, who [are] only looking for damage.”

Caresani allegedly claimed he was trying to find his friend “Paul’s” house when he ‘accidentally’ entered the Rojas home.
He had been drinking at a nearby club.
Caresani was charged with home invasion and is still in custody at the Broward County Jail as of Tuesday. His bond has been set at $20,000.
Rojas and his family revealed they had never seen Carasani before he broke into their house.
So, Paul was stood up?
What’d you do last night? I went out and got hammered.
Then, I got hammered again.
Bad blunder.
It looked like the western portion of his face was open for business and remodeling. Lesson to learn; don’t get so drunk you enter a house illegally. He is lucky he wasn’t shot.
I hope that photo was taken four weeks after his beat down and he had healed up.
If his face looks that bad, imagine his ribcage!
The mugshot was shortly after the beatdown. Swelling hasn't set in. In 3-4 days everything will turn purple, yellow and green. "Swolded up" as Granny used to say.
Whatever we may think of these guys, they are fighters. They don’t run from trouble, but to it.
Good job dude!
Love the short video interview in the link of the MMA fighter! Way smaller and skinnier than what I pictured in my head. Awesome!

Ha Ha! Best part of the whole story!
My son in law isn’t tall (about 5’8”) but he is a bit beefier than this guy with as many muscles. It’s comforting to know he’ll be able to protect my daughter if he’s ever in a fist fight.
Mugshot of the month material there.

Paul Pelosi?
BTW, I honestly NEVER started a fight in my life, I'm not a bully, I just never backed down either.
I’ve NEVER BEEN THAT DRUNK!.................

The last thing to go thru his mind would be 00 buckshot...............
There is a lot of truth to that. One reason I can understand it is that I don’t want to be the last one here when all of my FRiends are gone.
Hopefully nothing like that happens.
