I think the indictments were used (trolling) to focus attention on future events, even as trials/convictions were completed. Orange jump suits were demanded (possibly egged on by more trolling) or we should just admit nothing was happening. I’m still looking into this but not rabidly. I just started going back to church after I finally found a fantastic church at a Charlie Kirk memorial gathering. I was so impressed with their youth minister’s speech that I attended and I’m going to church regularly for the first time in 30 years, yeah it took that long to find the right place. No hurray for everything. Great friendly people. It was amazing.
I will keep digging on this and I’ll post it here. Maybe I should write a book about it and get a death sentence.

Will the Supreme Court put an end to race-based redistricting?
This week, SCOTUS put Louisiana v. Callais back on the docket and heard a reargument—something that happens quite rarely. Louisiana Governor @GovJeffLandry tells me that he expects a big decision:
“This case is about fairness. This case is about equal protection. This case is about a color blind Constitution, and I think the Chief [Justice Roberts] understands that. I think for 20 years, the chief has been trying to untangle the court out of redistricting, and yet, instead of that, he’s placed the court deeper into redistricting at each and every one of the cases that the court has decided.
So it’s like this web. They keep trying to get out of the web, and every time they took a case, they only ended up further entangled. This is the case that could entangle it.
Justice Roberts had a quote that I’ve been using throughout many interviews many years ago on a redistricting case, and he said the best way to stop discriminating based upon race is to stop discriminating based upon race.
…I believe that he believes what I believe, and that the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution is a powerful clause, and that the Constitution is a colorblind Constitution today.
…I think he knows where he wants to land this case. The question is, does he give us the opinion sooner rather than later?”
