Also - Trump's Fault, of course! *SMIRK*
quote When an employee of color doesn’t feel valued, doesn’t feel seen, doesn’t feel supported, that’s a whole other level of not just disengagement, but feeling a lack of value
The gain their “value” by being a human being, not from their skin color.

So at every job I ever hated but did anyway, I was quiet cracking. Who knew? Is there quiet cracking going on at Cracker Barrel?
“A man’s gift makes room for him.” It’s the childish complaint again of “Aw gee Mom, do Ireally have to take out the trash?” - in a pinstriped suit. Will these people never grow up?
Being an adult is finding a place where you can Contribute to society, not bellyaching over your challenges.
This is (broadly) the single biggest concern for most employers now. Which is why 87% of the workforce (roughly) feel alienated and broken in the workplace.
I’ve never understood why more people don’t work for themselves. Especially the ones that are convinced they know more than their bosses.
Can't stand this new term. The other new overused term "of course". It least it better than "no problem".
Workers who can no longer work from home. Including Federal workers and Fortune 500 employees, 1/4th of which now require in-person work. (stated in article)
A "U.S.-based nonprofit professional". (Think USAID money not going to "non-profits" like it was.)
So if you're either no longer getting grift money, or you can no longer work from home, you're supposedly "quiet cracking". LOL
“And these workers cannot even bring their full selves to work...”

No, the V.P. of marketing decided that their brand had become “too cracky”.
We can scoff, but it’s been 40 years of offshoring jobs and onshoring cheap illegal labor. Low-wage jobs yield about half of what they used to in real terms, and the housing demand has put basic rentals out of reach for many.
Now Trump is supporting amnesty, which means neither dynamic is likely to change dramatically—even though that’s exactly what many in the demographic voted for him to change.
It’s not surprising that we’ve got so many homeless and drug addicted on our streets, with an epidemic of deaths of despair. Veterans are one group hit hard by this, but the issue is much more widespread.
The survey is based on all workers, but the firm that conducted it has twisted the discussion toward the office employers that they serve. The HuffPost nitwits just ran with that.

I call serious b.s. on you, ‘Huff Post’
...it is a sign that majoring in DEI studies was a stupid choice from the get-go.
For over 20 years I worked for the psycho b*&th from he#@ and she kicked the s(*t right in my face... daily...hourly! (She was white, too, and a real POS!)
I always say there isn't a black woman on earth who would have tolerated that for 5 seconds..! I sure wish I had some of the ‘white privilege’ they like to go on about !
Feels wonderful to me! Best president EV-AH!
