This is (broadly) the single biggest concern for most employers now. Which is why 87% of the workforce (roughly) feel alienated and broken in the workplace.

Can't stand this new term. The other new overused term "of course". It least it better than "no problem".

I have to laugh at this kind of thing

For over 20 years I worked for the psycho b*&th from he#@ and she kicked the s(*t right in my face... daily...hourly! (She was white, too, and a real POS!)

I always say there isn't a black woman on earth who would have tolerated that for 5 seconds..! I sure wish I had some of the ‘white privilege’ they like to go on about !
