I stand by my view that the police are mostly there to protect the crooks from the citizens. They don’t care so much about protecting citizens from the crooks. If the city has a crime problem, it’s a good thing! The city needs to spend more money on the police! The police like that. The police like the crooks more than they like citizens.

Cincinnati had a good chief before he went up to Detroit to clean that city up. Chief James Craig, surprisingly a black man who knew how to police and would not have cared about people exposing the thugs. Chief Criag first opportunity to head a dept came here in Portland Maine.
